I’m so jealous! I was hoping to do so much canning this summer but it just didn’t happen. Still hoping to do Applesauce this fall!

Thanks for visiting my site, Andrea!

I love seeing all that you’ve canned and stored away. I’ve done 18 pints of salsa thus far and just as many jars of blackberry jam. I’m hoping to do applesauce this fall. For my first year of canning, I’m pleased. Maybe someday soon I’ll be able to can as many different things as you!

I love all the various aspects of your site! Thanks for sharing and helping encourage me!

I would like to start canning. Do u use the water bath? Where can I get (cheaper) canning jars?

    Andrea Reply:

Yes, I use a hot water bath… And I would check Craigslist for canning supplies or even ask around on Facebook.
