I’ve been getting lots of emails and comments about how much Nora looks like me… and I have to say I agree!

However the other day, as I was looking through my old pictures {on our portable hard drive}, I came across this picture of me — crying in my bouncy seat. I have an almost identical picture of Nora crying in her bouncy seat…

What do you think? Does she look like her mom?

I can’t believe our little Nora is already one month old!

This past month has been pretty crazy — mostly because we’ve never had such a lack of scheduling around here before. Nora is the new boss and whatever she “says” goes — even if it’s totally inconvenient for us

After being on maternity leave for almost 3 weeks, I’m back; and I have a mountain of new tips and ideas to share with you! But first, I thought I would take a few moments to share a little about Nora’s birth story, update you on the last 3 weeks of my life, and answer some of the MANY questions I’ve gotten via email, facebook, twitter, and blog comments.

With joyful hearts, Dave and I welcomed our precious baby girl, Nora Faith, into the world yesterday, 11/22/11, at 3:40pm {less than 4 hours after getting to the hospital!}
She is PERFECT — weighing in at 7 lbs. 13 oz. and measuring 21 inches.

Thank you so much for all your thoughts, prayers, emails, comments, messages, tweets, etc.
We feel so blessed and loved!
