I am a firm believer that using SOME sort of daily planner is essential to a simpler, more organized, less stressed life.
Honestly, I don’t know what I would do without my daily planner. It organizes my days, weeks, and months; it reminds me what to do and when to do it; it holds my Top-5 lists; it stores important information that I can’t ever seem to remember; and SO much more.
At times, I feel like my planner serves as my own little {and free} personal assistant — it just works for me!
So, when Starla from Well Kept Life sent me a copy of The Time Keeper {a daily planner she created}…I was just a little excited!
OK, I was ecstatic!!
I’m pretty picky about the planner I use and have been disappointed by many daily planners in the past. However, I knew within minutes of opening The Time Keeper, that Starla had done an AMAZING job creating a product specifically for women and all the many hats we wear each day!
Starla thought of every little detail. The size is perfect {large enough to hold lots of content but small enough to fit in your bag}, the cover image is beautiful, the spiral binding allows for easy page turns — and just wait until you see the inside!
I am SO excited to start using MY Time Keeper and I know it will make an excellent “Clutter-Free Gift” for anyone on my list this year. Christmas is ONLY 46 days away and Starla sold out of The Time Keeper last year, so make sure you order YOUR Time Keeper before December 10!!
OK, let me show you the inside…
First of all, there are 2 pockets on the inside flaps which are perfect for coupons, receipts, business cards, etc.
Then, there’s this great “Information Page” right near the front to help you keep all that important information organized and easily accessible.
The Time Keeper has monthly at-a-glance calendars for you “big-picture” people…
…and daily sections for those of us who are a little more detail oriented — ahem!
OK, now comes the fun part!
Starla went above and beyond any other planner I’ve seen to include a daily menu-planning section AND a weekly to-do list; both of which are conveniently located on the page opposite your weekly schedule. How cleaver!!
The Time Keeper also includes several blank “Notes” pages in the back…
…and handy “Gift Ideas” pages to make your birthday and holiday shopping just a little easier…
…AND 56 perforated “Grocery Lists” that you can tear off to make your shopping list each week!!!!
Honestly, I think Starla thought of everything when creating The Time Keeper; which is why I am SO excited to give this amazing planner away to one lucky Simple Organized Living reader!!!

i am so disorganized! i have a tiny planner, but it’s too small for much. i keep a notebook at the computer for notes, but i need more help:)
Carla says
I keep an Outlook type planner at work and we have a family monthly calendar but I’m horrid at keeping track of myself day to day and often forget important things. I need help!
Su says
I have a daily planner like this one with the basic monthly and daily parts, but I <3 the grocery list, meal plans and all the extras she has thought of! WOW!
In addition to writing things in my planner book, I also enter time-sensitive events into my Yahoo! calendar and set a reminder to text my cell phone, which I am never without!
Tammie says
I use my journal to list task and to do’s. I also use stick notes.
Valerie says
Currently I use a similar calendar but it doesn’t have nearly this much detail, this is perfect!
Stephanie says
I will be honest, before I started reading your blog, my way of planning was a few lists here and there. I started reading your blog, have gotten a bigger purse, bought a big zipper three ringed planner, it holds, business checks, deposit forms, lists, calendar things to do everything! I loveeeeeeee love loveee this planner you are giving away though it has literally everything in it! Even if I don’t get the planner you still have an awesome blog and have helped me become even more organized than I already was! So Thanks to you ๐
Amanda says
I use the old school wall calender and a to do list. So I would really love to get more organized with this planner!
Jana says
I have a calendar, but I’ll admit not much goes on it. Most of my plans are kept up in my head, admittedly not always the most reliable, but it works for me most of the time.
Amanda W says
I use a calendar on my fridge but i would love and take all the help i can get!!!
Amanda says
I am drooling over this planner!! I just love it…especially the to do/menu plan list!
My current arrangement is a bit confusing…I keep track on Google calendar, which syncs with my phone and my husbands, so he always knows what’s happening, plus a calendar on the fridge and my own personal Filofax. Wow, it sounds a lot more complicated when I write it out!!

Great giveaway!
Right now, I just kind of jot down the things I want to do on a scrap paper. So, this would definitely come in handy!
Kristen @ JoyfullyThriving says
What a lovely planner! I use a google calendar, which is great, and I also use a calendar on the fridge. For my to-do list, I keep an old-fashioned paper list…because I like checking off the things I’ve completed!
Kim says
I love organizers and notebooks! This is so awesome! Might have to order it!!!
Jackie @ Lilolu says
Right now I’m a little all over the place with daily planning. I use Google Calendar, my memory and oh yes, sticky notes. My husband will often see a sticky note and ask if it’s a reminder for him or me. I really need one place to go to for everything. Thanks for hosting this giveaway.

We have a wall calendar but this year with 2 kids in school I needed something portable so I use a planner I got at Walmart. The problem is keeping the 2 calendars in synch…. This planner looks great!
Kristia@Family Balance Sheet says
I use a monthly/weekly paper calendar. My husband insists that I also post my stuff on our family google calendar, but I can’t stop using paper.
shelley says
I use a combination of a wall calendar (in a basket above my microwave), pocket calendar (in my purse), and weekly to-do list (on the fridge). I would love to have everything in one place!
laura says
I need help! I use gmail’s online calendar! I’ve been meaning to buy a planner ever since I met you in Greenville, last week!
Suzanne says
OOooo…I want to win! I currently use a 5 1/2″ x 8″ ringed planner with 2-page daily calendar pages, along with other accessories. I love seeing the month view and my daily view. I am a working mom with a 3-year-old, and with all the thoughts I have every day, without writing things down, I forget!
Becky says
I will be honest, I am a working mom with three beautiful little girls, and I need all the help in the organization department!
Connie says
I would love this for my daughter who is a busy mom . She is always a willing worker in he church and school. She is a vey organized person an would love something like this. As soon as I saw this I thought of her.
Vickie says
I use a small pocket sized monthly calendar and the calendar on my cell phone to keep me organized.
Holly F. says
I only use my calendar at home. If someone asks me to do something on a particular day I always say, “Yes, but you need to call me at home to remind me to put it on my calendar.” A planner would be a great thing for me!
Laura says
I use a combination of my wall calendar and my brain. Unfortunately my brain has been letting me down recently ๐ I’d love to have a planner!
Ellen S. says
That is a nice looking planner…it’s really hard to find ones that have all the right categories in all the right places, looks like this one has been very well thought out.
Right now I use a plain old 3-ring binder and I print out a week-a-page form that I created with to-do lists for home and work and a space for each day of the week for calendar items and dinner plans. Efficient, but dull…very dull.
Erin says
I live by my wall calendar. It is my brain. If I don’t have it written down there it probably will be forgotten. I use cozi online to keep up with my husbands schedule b/c that works best for him.
monica says
I use a large month calendar by Mead that sits on top of my desk. I also jot stuff on a steno pad. I don’t really have a consolidated system and that’s what I like about this.
Heather says
I use a calander like the Time Keepers but I can tell you mine does not have all the cool pockets and menu planning ect. I would LOVE this one:)
Linda says
A calendar on my desk…..if I remember to look at it. Also helps to put big notes on the kitchen counter so I remember those important things like hair appointments and such. When all three kids were home it was a color coded wall calendar. Everyone had their own color.
This planner is very cool – just might have to buy one!
Melissa says
I have a check book full of receipts that drives my husband nuts. My purse is filled with all my notes of what I need to do and then my computer holds all appointments etc.
The planner would probably be a little neater, so when I drop my purse my husband doesn’t get embarrassed anymore. But for the most part it is all in one spot:)
Stephanie says
I use a calendar and place it near the phone/refrigerator. Days need to be big enough to add items for each family member. At one time I even used a different pen for each family member, but then those got lost in the move. I use your grocery lists you created but before recently used scraps of paper.
This planner would be a GREAT way to organize my life!!
Amber Mooney says
I love the font she selected, and all of the bonus sections are awesome, I could see this working for me in the new year!
Sandy says
I use a wall calendar hanging next to my desk and I have a daily planner ($ store) in my purse.
To do lists and sticky notes too! I also have an online calendar…wow, I have alot, but I am pretty organized thankfully!
Thanks for the chance to win!
Courtney @ LivingABonaFideLife says
Right now I am inbetween a notebook, Google Tasks, and a magnetic grocery list on my fridge. I’ve been looking for a way to consolidate, this would be great! ๐
Trisha says
I love that planner! I love the idea of having the to-do list and meal planning all in one place! SO much less paper!! Right now I use a planner filled with the details of our family. Lots of times post-its also make their way right in and help me remember those little thoughts I seem to forget! Thanks for the chance to continue my love for organizing!
Nicole Church says
This looks like a fabulous planner! I’d love to win it, but if I don’t, I plan to purchase one. Currently, I use a calendar in gmail for our bills. Therefore, I get email reminders when I need to pay a bill. For my our family events, my husband’s percussion gigs, daughter’s school, and my MOPS leadership, meetings, and projects, I’ve been using our family wall calendar which hangs on the wall in our kitchen. Lastly, for the freelance design work I do, I make weekly to-do lists in a special notepad. Unfortunately, this is not nearly as organized as I would like it to be. I’d love something that can contain it ALL! With all the hats I wear, I’ve been know to over commit and pay for it in the end. This seems like it would be a great tool for me–simple & organized.

Gonna be totally honest with ya on this one – I have absolutely nothing but a messy purse with stuff jotted everywhere and I have to constantly DIG to find my appt.s and such. I have a ton of appt.s with my recent medical diagnosis so this would SO come in handy. Thanks for the chance of me getting organized. : ()

Honestly, I only used a wall calendar, but my family schedule is getting crazy to put it all on. Last week I used your meal planner. My family loved it! They could just look at the menu to know what is for dinner. I haven’t put up this weeks yet, but will today. I will be using your gift sheet for Christmas this year. I hope I can get more organized.
