Congrats to Melissa (melissamanfredi@…)
As you probably already know, I’m a pretty firm believer in meal planning as a way to save time, money, and a whole lot of stress each week and each month. In my personal experience, creating a weekly meal plan every Sunday afternoon has helped to simplify the dinner-time rush and to streamline my weekly grocery shopping.
Well, it just so happens that the folks over at eMeals.comcompletely agree, and have created tons of easy & delicious dinner ideas for busy families on a budget — I’m SO excited to share it with you today!
How eMeals Works:.
It’s REALLY simple — and that’s what I love!
What eMeals Offers:
They offer a wide variety of meal plans including: Classic Meals, Clean Eating, Simple Gourmet, Paleo, Low Carb, Low Fat, Portion Control, Natural & Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian.
They offer 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month dinner subscriptions, along with a lunch plan and even a breakfast plan — so they can help you as little or as much as you want!
Oh, and you can select your grocery store of choice and eMeals will magically create a shopping list for each of your meal plans specifically for that store!

I’m getting married in March, and I’ve never had to plan meals for more than just myself. eMeals would save my future husband from having cereal (my meal of choice) every night! =)

I would benefit from a meal planning service like eMeals because then I wouldn’t take it as a personal attack when my kids rebel against the dinner I’ve served since I didn’t plan it! But, with any luck, eMeals would have better luck than I do! ๐

We are all trying to lose weight and meal planning is a critical part of that process. some week I get it done but most weeks I just wing it because I didnt get the planning done. This would be a great thing to have!!

Between working full time and having kids in multiple activities every night of the week, not having to think about what’s for dinner or try to remember what I need as I cruise through the grocery store between activities woudl be a lifesaver!!

I would really use a meal planner because currently I don’t plan out meals. It would be nice to have this in place to eliminate the 5:30 discussion of what we are going to have for dinner. I also think that by planning I would eat a lot healthier foods.
