Congrats to Melissa (melissamanfredi@…)
As you probably already know, I’m a pretty firm believer in meal planning as a way to save time, money, and a whole lot of stress each week and each month. In my personal experience, creating a weekly meal plan every Sunday afternoon has helped to simplify the dinner-time rush and to streamline my weekly grocery shopping.
Well, it just so happens that the folks over at eMeals.comcompletely agree, and have created tons of easy & delicious dinner ideas for busy families on a budget — I’m SO excited to share it with you today!
How eMeals Works:.
It’s REALLY simple — and that’s what I love!
What eMeals Offers:
They offer a wide variety of meal plans including: Classic Meals, Clean Eating, Simple Gourmet, Paleo, Low Carb, Low Fat, Portion Control, Natural & Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian.
They offer 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month dinner subscriptions, along with a lunch plan and even a breakfast plan — so they can help you as little or as much as you want!
Oh, and you can select your grocery store of choice and eMeals will magically create a shopping list for each of your meal plans specifically for that store!
Solve the dinnertime dilemma with eMeals Meal Planning by entering to win the eMeals giveaway below!

I plan meals and post them on our fridge…to avoid the constant “what’s for supper?” This would be handy to streamline my meal planning system.

Omg!!! I have just discovered your site and it would just be easier to e-mail your site to me and my daughter. I love to organize but as of late have fallen into a slump. I came across your site via pinterest and I think I am getting organizing shivers haha. I actually used to keep a list of meats that I had a lot of or that I hadn’t used in a meal for awhile so my freezer foods got rotated routinely. Oh yea I kept it on the front of my freezer and updated it as needed. I stopped this after awhile because I felt like I was cooking the same foods over and over. This meal planner would present me with different menus for the foods I buy. The best though is that I get a food list from the stores I shop at and they do the work as far as letting me know who has what on sale!!! I absolutely love it.

I already make weekly meal plans, and the last couple of months have been trying to plan an entire month at a time, freezing as much as possible in our little freezer. Have a 7 month old and am going back to finish my last semester of undergrad in January-having meals already planned would be a great time saver!

If I had this type of help I would actually have more home cooked meals in one week and less things taken out of the freezer to reheat for dinner.

I would benefit from a service like Emeals because I’m not a good meal planner! and it would help to get my kids involved.
