UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed.
Congrats to Melissa (melissamanfredi@…)
As you probably already know, I’m a pretty firm believer in meal planning as a way to save time, money, and a whole lot of stress each week and each month. In my personal experience, creating a weekly meal plan every Sunday afternoon has helped to simplify the dinner-time rush and to streamline my weekly grocery shopping.
Well, it just so happens that the folks over at eMeals.comcompletely agree, and have created tons of easy & delicious dinner ideas for busy families on a budget — I’m SO excited to share it with you today!
How eMeals Works:.
It’s REALLY simple — and that’s what I love!
What eMeals Offers:
They offer a wide variety of meal plans including: Classic Meals, Clean Eating, Simple Gourmet, Paleo, Low Carb, Low Fat, Portion Control, Natural & Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian.
They offer 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month dinner subscriptions, along with a lunch plan and even a breakfast plan — so they can help you as little or as much as you want!
Oh, and you can select your grocery store of choice and eMeals will magically create a shopping list for each of your meal plans specifically for that store!

Gosh, I could really use something like this. I’m a working mom with 2 little boys — the biggest leak in my budget is our grocery bill–I’d sure love a tool to help prepare healthful meals for my family on a budget!

OH I SOOOO want this! I have been looking at them but didn’t want to spend the extra cash. I have 6 kids and menu planning is completely essential. COMPLETELY! But it would be so nice to have someone do it for me.

I work nights and not the same night every week, so it is hard for me to have a set schedule to plan things ie. making a meal plan every Sunday. So this would be great. All the hard work done for me.

This meal planning service (and the accompanying shopping lists) could help so much – not just in keeping to a budget better, but also since I’m about to return to work from maternity leave!! Also, I’d love to have the push to learn a few new recipes in the clean eating and/or paleo categories…

I would like to plan meals so I would know what to do at each meal. Also buy or use what I have for those meals and not waste food.

I already “like” SOL and emails on Facebook.
While I feel I am pretty organized, meal planning is the one area ink our home life that I still struggle with. We rarely go out to restaurants and my husband and I both love to cook. It’s the planning ahead that I need to master.
A subscription to emeals would launch us into planning mode and once we got started, I am confident we could keep it going.
Thanks for all you do and share with your online community!
