Congrats to Melissa (melissamanfredi@…)
As you probably already know, I’m a pretty firm believer in meal planning as a way to save time, money, and a whole lot of stress each week and each month. In my personal experience, creating a weekly meal plan every Sunday afternoon has helped to simplify the dinner-time rush and to streamline my weekly grocery shopping.
Well, it just so happens that the folks over at eMeals.comcompletely agree, and have created tons of easy & delicious dinner ideas for busy families on a budget — I’m SO excited to share it with you today!
How eMeals Works:.
It’s REALLY simple — and that’s what I love!

I am most curious about the recipes and how that works. We have done some menu planning and it words pretty well, but some of those areas, like the paleo, seems harder to find good recipes for.

We’ve just become gluten free, and my husband and I are having to spend hours every week scouring blogs and recipe sites for gluten-free recipes. A service like emeals would help us get a bevy of gluten-free meals in our repertoire. Thanks for the opportunity!

I would love emeals! It would help so much since I spend a lot of time at work and don’t have much time to think of healthy meals for most nights.

I need this in such a bad way right now. My husband was just told he has some medical issues and needs to change his diet and I am at a loss; especially when trying to prepare everything for my children, as well. I have been looking into something like this for awhile so this came at a perfect time.

Hopefully, this would get me out of a dinner rut. I try to eat very clean but also enjoy taking advantage of deals. My problem seems to be time……time to plan new recipes that I think my kids will actually eat that correlate with weekly deals. This sounds like it would kickstart me on the right track. Thanks!

It’s just my husband and myself, but somehow we end up spending $100/week on groceries and takeout, so much of which goes into the pantry and never gets used. I wasn’t raised with a chef mom, so I never learned to cook. My husband is a commercial fisherman, which means he’s too exhausted most evenings to do anything but eat and sleep. A service like this would help trim our bills and help me feed my husband and make us both so happy.

I really need to start meal planning with more consistency and for longer periods of time. Right now I’m doing well to know what we are eating tomorrow! It would really help with budgeting and grocery shopping. This program looks like it would help.
