Weekend Giveaway: Energizer Flameless Candles

Even though it’s not officially Fall just yet, I’m already excited about the cooler weather, colorful leaves, candy corn, pumpkin bars, soups, apple cider… and Nora’s first birthday.

But as I mentioned earlier this week, I’m planning to keep things super simple this year… no fancy decorations, no over-the-top menu plans, no “fluff”. Just a wreath on our front door (if we ever get our new front door ordered!) and a few festive candles.

However, if you’ve ever been around a 9 month old baby who is already walking… you know that traditional candles with an open flame might not be the best idea.

I had already thought through this dilemma and figured I would resort to scented plugins… until Nora discovered those too, and easily grabbed them and stuck them in her mouth!

The plugins are now unplugged and put away… maybe next year 🙂

Anyway, I was thrilled to have the opportunity to try out a new line of flameless wax candles from Energizer. Not only do these candles look and feel just like traditional wax candles, they also smell like real candles too!

My problem was solved.

I now have a variety of fall scented flameless candles scattered around our house. They look lovely, smell delicious, won’t burn down my house or poison my baby, and (since they operate on a timer) I don’t even need to remember to “blow them out”.

Talk about a simple decorating solution!

    I love those flame less candles! My mom is now on oxygen and she used to love to light candles, but now she is unable to. I never thought of her trying out flame less ones! Duh! Oh yes I like vanilla scent, mmmmm tis the season!

    My favorite fall scent is when the apples are cooking for applesauce.
    Also like vanilla, but not sure that is a fall scent.
    These candles look great. I have been trying to figure out how to get a scent in our home without burning candles. This would be the perfect item!

    I love the smell of Pumpkin Spice, and Apples and Spice. I had a candle (can’t remember where I got it) that was Autumn Leaves that was a great fall scent. I love the fall scented candles the best!

    My favorite fall scent is cinnamon/apple spice, but pumpkin would be a close second.

    I was just thinking I needed new fall pillar candles, but it seems like such a waste to buy them and never light because of the kids. I’ll have to see if I can find these they sound perfect.
