Congrats to Martha G: “I have been on a conquest to scan my files into an external drive already this year. My problem is that I can only access them at my house and what about if something happens to the external drive? This sounds like something that would make my traveling lighter with less paperwork!”
And congrats to Mary D: “My kids papers . . . I never knew how much paperwork would be generated with children – and they’re only 4 & 2!! Recording medical history would be great as well!”
You should receive an email from About One with your discount code in the next few days!!
It’s no secret that I LOVE organized paperwork!
I just think it’s so important to have our bills, tax document, health records, financial information, and other important paperwork, organized in a way that we can quickly and easily find it whenever we need to.
And while I don’t think everyone needs to have their files organized the exact same way I organize ours, I do think that everyone needs to have SOME sort of system for organizing their important papers and documents.
I’ve seen SO much stress associated with disorganized paperwork and believe me, it’s not worth it.
Thankfully, there are resources like AboutOne.com that offer simple, practical, and convenient online storage for all your most important paper documents and household information.
What is AboutOne?

Andrea Timbrook says
My biggest paper problem is mail clutter and important documents. I would love to store those items in one place and only keep the important papers!
Cherie says
I have two main problems. 1 – Hubby and I are both pilers so we don’t deal with the paper when it comes through the door. 2 – We have rental properties that generate lots of bills, receipts, tax information, etc. that pile up.
Melissa says
Our biggest paper problem is finding everything when my husband is rotating between being home and deployed. He likes to do the bills when he’s home, but that leaves me feeling stranded when he leaves and I don’t know where anything is! This is especially true if he’s gone during tax season. Ugh

My kids papers . . . I never knew how much paperwork would be generated with children – and they’re only 4 & 2!! Recording medical history would be great as well!
Stacey says
I also have a hard time throwing things away “just in case” I’ll need them…plus with two small children and all of their information and schoolwork my filing “system” is a nightmare.
christie says
I am in dire need of a convenient place to put everything…and then be able to find it!
Briana says
I have a hard time throwing away papers. I freeze up thinking they are important and I may “need” them in the future. Therefore, I’m left with stacks and alot of filing to do.
Tiffany @ No Ordinary Homestead says
I’ve got papers here, there and everywhere and I think that something like this would encourage me to bring it all together. Plus I’ve been meaning to digitize really important files like insurance policies and home documents for a couple years now and just never got around to it. Ugh.
Thanks for the giveaway! 🙂

We are inundated with papers, between bills, junk mail, important documents, school papers, etc. I have boxes all over the house containing this stuff, but no real way of organizing it. When I’m looking for something I create a bigger mess than what I started with.
Sarah says
My biggest problem is where to put it all. I have 3 kids and a husband who works full time. All crammed into a small house that is loosing space!! I would love to know that paper could be eliminated from my weekly cleaning!
Dee says
I’m newly married and can’t figure out a logical way to organize all of our stuff in a way that makes sense to both of us! Most of our files are in boxes now and the rest is in unmanageable piles. I’d love to figure out a way to get it organized so we can move on to a more fun project.
Heather @ Mrs. Southern Bride says
My biggest paper problem, is that after we married, we haven’t figured out an easy way combine our items, and to know exactly what we CAN get rid of. We finally bought a filing cabinet. We both had stored our paperwork in desks.
Shelley says
I’d love to try AboutOne for the printables power, and for file archiving ideas. I don’t have trouble finding my current stuff: it’s my archives that are becoming a storage space issue.
Danielle says
my biggest challenge is that I work from many different locations and am always forgetting some paper somewhere that I really needed to have, its a huge time waster.
Zelma's Workshop says
My biggest problem is tracking all of lil man’s doctors visits, immunizations, prescriptions, and lab works. Fortunately, AboutOne keeps everything medical-related organized!! Awesome!
Dee Jarvis says
My problems is that both my husband and I are pile-ers not file-ers. If it’s on the top of the pile, then I know where it is!
Susan says
My biggest organizational project has to be pictures. I have rubbermaid tubs full of them! I also am not good with keeping file cabinets organized. I just need lots of help!
MeLeah says
Where do I start? I struggle with keeping photographs all in one place as well as important documents. I tend to panic when I think what if something happens, and I lose all of this stuff?! This sounds amazing!!
Martha Gerber says
I have been on a conquest to scan my files into an external drive already this year. My problem is that I can only access them at my house and what about if something happens to the external drive? This sounds like something that would make my traveling lighter with less paperwork!
.ambre. @ livingasoftheday says
My biggest problem is that I am trying to juggle the day to day living of three blended families. It’s absolute insanity! I could sure use the help!
Tina says
My biggest paper problem is worrying that my important papers will be lost or damaged by fire. What a tragedy it would be to lose all my old family photos from the ‘pre-digital age.’ Thanks for posting this giveaway!
