I love entertaining in during the summer months — espcially now that we have a bigger house and yard to entertain with. However, I don’t love slaving away in the kitchen to prepare the food for my summer-time guests. I’d rather be outside doing yard work, taking a walk, or just enjoying the beautiful weather.

    Oh so much to choose from. I think the Caribbean Bread sounds wonderful. But the margarita sounds great too. I think I would try the bread first and then drink the margarita while it’s baking.
