I love entertaining in during the summer months — espcially now that we have a bigger house and yard to entertain with. However, I don’t love slaving away in the kitchen to prepare the food for my summer-time guests. I’d rather be outside doing yard work, taking a walk, or just enjoying the beautiful weather.

    I would go with the margarita mix because I LOVE margaritas but getting tired of the same old recipe. It might be fun to do a cocktail party along with the Caribbean bread mix.
