I LOVE holiday cards!

I love receiving cards, I love sending cards, and I really love coming up with a new idea for our holiday cards each year.

Last year, we sent a New Year’s card with Nora’s birth announcement on the back.

The year before, we sent a photo card with our new address.

This year, I’m ordering our cards from Minted.com — and I’m so excited to get my hands on them (don’t worry, you’ll see them eventually!)

    Last year we only sent out a few cards with school pics of the kids. This year we have had a lot of events in our lives so I’m hoping to do a letter and family picture.

    I usually send a card out with a picture of all 4 kids and include an update of the year. This year, my daughter is missing her two front teeth so I want to design a card around that theme.

    We usually send a card with an individual picture of each child and then one of them together…but since we added our sweet little girl this year, I’ll have to change the layout a little 🙂 I love Christmas cards!!!

    I love sending Christmas cards every year. It’s my last ditch effort to maintain some connections that may have been neglected all year.

    I also love sending thank you cards in the mail. Who doesn’t like to get a “formal” thank you for something they did? I know I do. And all it takes is a card.

    With the birth of our son this year all our friends and family LOVE seeing new pictures of him as he gets older- so this year we’ll send a Christmas greeting with a beautiful baby face!
