Weekend Giveaway: In-Cabinet Lighting

When we started our kitchen renovation, I was adamant that I wanted LOTS of light.

I hate dark kitchens… and our old kitchen just had one light in the middle of the kitchen and one light over the sink. We were always standing in our shadows and moving things around to get more light onto the cooking surfaces.

So I’m excited that our new kitchen has a whole bunch of lights. We have recessed lighting, pendant lights, under cabinet lights, a special light just for the stove… AND thanks to my friends at Jenesis Products, we even have lighting for the INSIDE of our cabinets!

Actually, these lights can be used almost anywhere you need a little extra light but don’t have an electrical outlet — like a closet, pantry, storage room, under the stairs, under a bathroom vanity, or even in a garden shed.

We have one light under our sink, one light in our lazy-susan, and another light waiting to go in our appliance garage (once the cabinet company finally delivers it!)

These In-Cabinet lights are actually really bright, and they easily illuminate our large lazy susan cabinet, which means I can quickly find whatever I’m looking for. And since we have our lights set on “automatic mode” they automatically turn on whenever the cabinet door opens (and then automatically turn off after 20 seconds!)

    All my closets have switches that turn on the lights when the door opens. Prior owner installed those when he built the house. However, my kitchen is located on the “not much sun” side of the house. It is dark and only has one small window. Therefore, my kitchen in general is in need of more light. These products would be wonderful to have in my cabinets and/or under the cabinet for countertop work areas. Thanks for the chance to enter.

    We need one for our closet… Since my husband wakes up at least 2 hrs ahead of me, I would love it if hr didn’t have to turn on the main bedroom light!

    My MIL has been looking for these in cabinet lights for so many months and We didnt know anything about what and where to get. Thanks for giving this info.. No matter I win this giveaway or not, (Although winning would be good) I would be ordering for these lights. It has so many inredible uses, especialy in enclosed closets and kitchen cabinets.

    I have a corner kitchen cabinet with all my bowls/lids – it is so dark back in there I often need to get a flashlight. One of these lights would work perfectly!
