I do a really good job of limiting the amount of stuff I “collect”, but when it comes to fun kitchen gadgets, I have a hard time passing them up!

While I love spending time in the kitchen, I also love using kitchen tools that help me save time and simplify meal-planning. And as you can see by my “kitchen gadget drawer” I have a lot of kitchen gadgets, but I DO keep them pretty organized 🙂

    My favorite kitchen gadget is a measuring shot glass. It has everything on it from oz, tsp, Tbs, ml…etc. I love it when I’m baking cause then I don’t have to mess up my measuring spoons with liquid.

    This may sound super simple, but I love having at least two cutting boards, one of them being large. That way if I am cooking with my husband, he can help me with the chopping/food prep, which always takes the most time and effort.

    So many necessary widgets and gadgets! I use my microplane all the time for citrus zesting and nutmeg. I’ve been using my oxo apple corer/slicer lots this season. I’m all for new devices!

    My favorite kitchen gadgets are my rubber spatulas. They allow me to waste a lot less than I was previous to using them. Less waste = more money saved = more progress towards our financial goals. yay! 🙂 What’s there not to love about that?!
