I do a really good job of limiting the amount of stuff I “collect”, but when it comes to fun kitchen gadgets, I have a hard time passing them up!

While I love spending time in the kitchen, I also love using kitchen tools that help me save time and simplify meal-planning. And as you can see by my “kitchen gadget drawer” I have a lot of kitchen gadgets, but I DO keep them pretty organized 🙂

    I like my apple corer. I pop the core out of the apple and then I can cut it into O’s for my 2 year old. He loves it!

    I bought an unassuming yet all-powerful grater from a roadside shop in India. It works like a tiny robot and has been my kitchen savior for nearly two years. Everything about it is awesome except the fact that it is extremely unforgiving with my fingers. Bruises in fingertips and the thumb’s knuckle are painfully regular. This would come incredibly useful for me. (I follow you and Microplane on Facebook).

    I love using my pizza cutter for cutting up my kids’ food. Pizza, pancakes, french toast, sandwiches are all so much easier and faster with the pizza cutter!

    My favorite gadgets are my silicone tongs and my citrus zester microplane. Although if cutting boards qualify as gadgets, they would win hands-down.

    My most used kitchen gadgets are my kitchen scissors and my pizza cutter. Another that is used often are rubber spatulas and I would say they are my favorite because they really help you get the last drop!!!!
