    My favorite birthday gift is the gift of time. My family is the most important “thing” in my life and no amount of “stuff’ could be better than being with them!

    Favourite birthday gifts have to be the ones my kids made me. Especially when they performed a song with it. Homemade things are always great, even if not perfect.

    One of my favorite gifts was my daughter’s ring that my mom gave me when I was 16, just 7 weeks after my dad passed. But my twins were born just 2 days after my 30th birthday, so I think that still counts as a great birthday gift! Thanks for the wondeful giveaway!

    My favorite birthday present was when I was about 7 or 8. My dad loaded us all up and told me a story about where we were going and when we got there the man had a litter of beagle puppies. To my joyful surprise my dad told me I could pick any one that I wanted and keep her! I picked the runt and named her Susan and I just loved her to pieces! I can remember that joy I felt to this day. Such a special moment in my live.

    My husband surprised me one time with a laptop! That was pretty cool! I am trying to remember any gifts I received during my childhood, and I just can’t seem to think of any. Although, I do remember having a Holly Hobby birthday cake when I was really young. Thanks for this opportunity and a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you!!!

    My favorite gift was a set of leather embossed journals from my husband. They say “Memories and Anecdotes of Samuel James” and “… of Owen Patrick” He noticed that I liked to jot down cute things the boys said and did and special memories we had of them. Now I have them all in one place in these beautiful journals!

    My favorite birthday gift was a picture, in a frame, of my fiance and I. It was the time and effort he put into it that means so much to me 🙂

    My best birthday gift was a half dozen roses sent to my workplace a couple of years ago. He has never given flowers in many, many years, and after his surgery he showed me his deep appreciation for what I did. It was fantastic.

    My favorite birthday gift…probably a gift basket from Williams-Sonoma…with a red Le Creuset dutch oven inside–from my husband. Seriously that thing is awesome!
