Giveaway #23: Plan to Eat – 3 Full Year Meal Planning Subscriptions
I am a huge advocate for meal planning – not only to help stretch our small grocery budget, but also to simplify and organize our weeknight routine {and honestly, would doesn’t need to stretch their budget or simplify weekday meals?}
If you are like me, then you’ll LOVE Plan to Eat’s simple, electronic, and really convenient online meal-planning services — that you can accomplish in 3 quick steps.
#1. Import, Organize, and Share your Recipes.
Not only can you type in all your favorite recipes and access them from any computer with internet access, you can also search and IMPORT recipes from your favorite blogs or cooking websites to make meal planning that much easier!
#2 Create your monthly meal plan.
Quickly and easily drag and drop recipes from your Recipe Book to create your monthly meal plan. You can even add additional ingredients, make notes, change the number of servings, and then print and export your meal plan to other calendar programs to sync your meal plan with your schedule.
#3 Create customized grocery lists based on your meal plan and pantry staples
The Shopping List is where all your hard work pays off as it automatically combines and categorizes ingredients from the recipes that are on your meal plan.
That’s it.
If you’re not already using Plan to Eat’s meal planning services, then you’ll be happy to know that they are giving THREE full-year memberships away for my birthday giveaway!

Oh my goodness…if you only knew!! I have a HUGE spreadsheet list of recipes, broken down by type [chicken, Italian, etc]…each linking to the recipe and listing all of the nutritional info. I highlight those I plan to make that week and find the groceries I need. Not at all fast, nor do I use it consistently. :/ This would be awesome!!! Thanks for the intro and the chance to win!

I used to do weekly meal plans, written with pen and paper. But I realized that didn’t work so I have not come up with a new plan and everything is just a fly by the seat of my pants.

I currently make a monthly rough draft for meals and try and keep my grocery list on track that way.

I try to organize a 2 week meal plan and just write on a sheet of paper what the meals will be as I am writing out my grocery list. Not very practical and very disorganized.

I struggle with meal planning. Sometimes I’ll write down ideas, but then I have a hard time staying on track, buying the right ingredients at the right stores, etc. Plan to Eat would be so helpful!

Meal planning! Wow, that is something I dread and do once a week. My hubby’s been trying to get me to shop once every 2 weeks because he thinks it will save money. This would be so great!

Right now I sit down with good old pen and paper and make a week’s worth of meal plans at a time. Then I make my grocery list, by section, then I shop my kitchen and cross of what I already have. I also use coupon’s so I use what coupons and sales add’s are to help me make my meal plan.
