As many of you know, I’m a pretty big fan of cleaning and organizing!
Yes, I love the end results of a clean and organized space, but I also enjoy the whole cleaning and organizing process. I know, I’m a sick woman!
So I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was when my brand new, shiny blue, Hoover MAX Multi-Cyclonic vacuum arrived on our front porch a few months ago! Yup, super excited!

And with all the construction projects going on around our house, I think we’ve used the Hoover nearly every single day! We have definitely put it to the test — and it passed with flying colors!
Some of MY Favorite Features:
Honestly, I haven’t found anything I dislike about my Hoover MAX Multi-Cyclonic, but there are a few specific things I want to point out — because they are just THAT cool.
1. Super Wide Base: the 15″ wide rotating bristles clean a huge area in just one swipe — saving me lots of time!
2. Auto Cord Rewind: Yup, all you have to do is press that little button with your foot and the cord winds up in a few seconds!
3. Height Adjusting Dial: We have so many different heights of carpet in our house — plus lots of different hard flooring {tile, wood, laminate, etc} and the Hoover MAX works for all of them because of this handy height adjusting dial!
4. Large Canister: I’ve actually never had a bagless vacuum before so the fact that all I need to do is push one button to empty out all the dirt, dust, and grim is simply wonderful!
5. A Rinsable Filter: All you have to do is take out, rinse it under water, and it’s clean! So easy.
6. Hard Floor “Lever”: I was thrilled to see this lever — which basically stops the bristles from turning and only “sucks” the dirt and dust off the floors. It is perfect for our gorgeous new hardwood floors!
Oh, and I should also mention that I absolutely love, Love, LOVE the fact that all the attachments are connected to the vacuum and super quick to take off and on. Plus, the hose extends 18 feet without loss of suction so it’s perfect for our large staircase.
Without a doubt, this is the BEST all-purpose vacuum I’ve ever used. Even Dave was excited about our new “toy” and he’s been vacuuming more often too {thank-you Hoover!!}

You had me at 18 foot hose!! I love the feel of freshly vacuumed carpet but our stairs are sadly neglected. I credit this to my laziness of lugging my beast of a vacuum up and down. 18 feet of hose…sign me up!! 🙂 Awesome giveaway!!

I would love to win a Hoover because my current vacuum is horrible on hard floors. It kicks dirt back so I have to have a small extra vacuum for the hard floors. Also I clean houses as a side job and it would help me in my work.

I was just cleaning all my baseboards yesterday and thinking how I needed a vacuum with longer attachments! That, and I can’t vacuum on our hardwoods (original from 1945) so I’d love a vacuum that could do that as well.

I’d love to win a Hoover because I’m so fed up with all the other brands I’ve owned that I’ve had to baby and take apart every time I use them. They never work well for very long and my floors are never truly clean. We adopted a Malamute this summer and he sheds like crazy on my new rugs and his hair sticks to them like velcro. Maybe this Hoover will have the suction power I need!

Freddie – that’s my reason! I’ll explain… 18 months ago I was looking for a companion dog to keep our old poodle, Molly, company.. I found a litter of puppies who are beagle / bassett / poodle crosses and was told that they should be ‘low dropping, curly haired’…. enter Freddie.. as big as a bassett, as headstrong as a beagle, as clever and funny as a poodle… complete with long blonde hair curly that falls out faster than I can sweep it up! I love him too much to part with him..please send me the lovely Hoover…..x

When I vaccuum our hard wood floors, I can feel the dirt kicking back out of the vaccuum and hitting me in the feet. So gross! I would love a vaccuum that actually works!

OMG! I would totally love to win this vacuum. My husband REFUSES to buy ANY vacuum that does not have a clearance tag hanging on it. I HATE IT when he buys things without me going with him, which is why I think he does it on purpose. Currently we have 4 cheap-o vacuums, 2 of them are trophies, and the other 2 we just sweep up what they spit out. OMG…this win is would be my “in your face” savior…lol

I would love a Hoover because I struggle with motivation to clean. For some reason, vacuuming is the only thing I enjoy doing. This would be great for all my floors and especially the corners, hard to reach places, etc. Any thing that motivates me to clean is a plus for me!

I would love to own a hoover because I have a two story house with a partially finished basement, some hardwood, some tile and some carpet – the stairs are carpet and with two dogs and a cat in the house it is a never ending job to keep the floors clean!!

WOW!! I would love a new vacuum- actually we desperately NEED a new vacuum. The vacuum we are currently using is almost 15 years old, super heavy and does not work very well at all. I am due with our third child in October and I would love to know that the vacuum we are using is actually doing the job!!

I’m crazy-weird about vacuums. We have a large house with 4 kids and a fluffy cat, and I need a SUPER DUPER vacuum for it. My dad bought me a Dyson for a birthday and I promptly stored it in the basement to use down there. It was worthless on our main floors. I went in search of a good replacement and found an awesome one a few years ago (Hoover) that I love, but it’s getting old. I would LOVE to replace it with this one! Thanks 🙂

Hoover’s reputation is enough for me to look into anything they make, but I especially value the features you mentioned. Who doesn’t love the idea of a rinseable filter?! Sounds perfect!!

I got my vacuum for a wedding gift and, even though it’s only 6 years old, I don’t know how much longer it will be with us;) I would love to have a Hoover. The length of the hose on this one would make it all worth while(I have a split-level, no fun for vacuuming). Thanks for having such an awsome site! I love it!

I would LOVE a vacuum that actually works. Right now we have two vacuums because I love the ease of a canister vac but currently it doesn’t work to actually vacuum. So we also have an upright that does a very poor job. I would LOVE to have an upright that really works.

We would love to have a new vacuum for our 11 year old son. His chore is vacuuming. Ours vacuum is 15 years old and it is a canister. One of the wheels had to be replaced a while back and it doesn’t roll anymore. The hose comes out of the bottom when you are vacuuming. Ours is so heavy too and he cannot carry it up the stairs and vacuum the stairs (still my job). Our son has been looking at vacuums for over a year now when we go to the store. He says he would like a new vacuum for his birthday. This would be a blessing for our family!!!

Oh my gosh…I would love to win this. We have an Oreck that is about 10 years old and it is time for something different. We have 3 dogs and one is a hairy monster. I need a new vac to help me keep up with the hair.
