Congrats to Melissa (melissamanfredi@…)
As you probably already know, I’m a pretty firm believer in meal planning as a way to save time, money, and a whole lot of stress each week and each month. In my personal experience, creating a weekly meal plan every Sunday afternoon has helped to simplify the dinner-time rush and to streamline my weekly grocery shopping.
Well, it just so happens that the folks over at eMeals.comcompletely agree, and have created tons of easy & delicious dinner ideas for busy families on a budget — I’m SO excited to share it with you today!
How eMeals Works:.
It’s REALLY simple — and that’s what I love!
What eMeals Offers:
They offer a wide variety of meal plans including: Classic Meals, Clean Eating, Simple Gourmet, Paleo, Low Carb, Low Fat, Portion Control, Natural & Organic, Gluten Free, and Vegetarian.
They offer 12-month, 6-month, and 3-month dinner subscriptions, along with a lunch plan and even a breakfast plan — so they can help you as little or as much as you want!
Oh, and you can select your grocery store of choice and eMeals will magically create a shopping list for each of your meal plans specifically for that store!

I find meal planning to be such a drag and especially have a hard time putting time into it now that I have a 4 month old who I would rather pay attention to!

I think this emeal idea is great! I see the benefit of having the meal plan and shopping list would make for one stop shopping for the week. Savings of time and less exposure to impulse buying. Thanks!

I would benefit from a meal planning service, because I just bought a new house with my husband. We just got married in May, bought our house last week and are trying to renovate an old home while being on a budget. I also am trying to lose weight, (A lot to take on at once huh?). I am stressed to say the least, and food has always been an easy go-to for comfort. I would like to make healthy, simple, planned out meals for my husband and I so we don’t resort to dining out as much as we have been. I am excited about being in our first new home, and I really want to cook for my new husband! It has been a busy, expensive, terrifying and amazing year. I would love to be a part of this opportunity to plan my meals. Ever since we got married I have started planning more and more meals. It was difficult in an apartment, but now I have a big kitchen and need to somehow save a ton of money!! ๐
Please pick me for the subscription, because I love your posts, and I think I am in love with emeals and planning.
Love your posts!! <3

Would love to win this! I’ve been thinking of trying out eMeals for a while. I do meal plan but for some reason, I have a hard time coming up with ideas and I make the process harder than it should be. Would love to try some new things and simplify the process a bit.

This would be fabulous! I feel like a cook the same thing all the time–this would be good to give me some variety. My husband is doing a low carb diet, so the low carb plan would certainly help give me some ideas to help him out!

I would love to be able to have more sit-down dinner at home with my family, instead of grabbing fast food or ordering in.
