Take a moment and think about everything in your home that requires a battery and/or a charger.
You can probably list 10 items in as many seconds… right!
And since you all know how much I hate clutter {especially cord clutter} I’m always on the look out for space-saving, cord-organizing products that serve more than one purpose.
I recently came across Energizer’s new Universal USB chargers and knew I had to offer them as a giveaway because they are everything I just mentioned above… and more!
Not only are they super compact and portable, they have a flexible “pouch” that stores the cord, they are compatible with multiple devices, and they offer the ability to charge those devices from a wall, a car, and even a computer!
Take your pick.
I love that there is one set of chargers with a micro USB cable (see left image below) and one set of chargers with an Apple certified dock connector (see right image below).
The wall chargers offers a light that turns off when the item is fully charge, and the plug folds up for even easier storage.
The car chargers offer a FindMe light so you can easily see where to plug your device in… even in a dark car. Yes, they truly have thought of everything!
Dave and I each have a car charger in our car, and even though we each already have a wall charger for our phones, Dave uses the Energizer wall charger at school… so we never have to worry about being without a charger. Ever!
When we travel, we only take the Energizer USB Car Charger because it works with both of our phones and we can use it in the car or plug the USB end directly into our computer.
Talk about simple and organized 🙂

Today, two lucky readers will win an Energizer Universal USB wall charger OR USB car charger with either the micro USB end of the Apple dock end.

It’s hard to keep cords away from the little crawlers in my house!
Sandee says
Wow, those look so convenient that they will get used. That is my biggest issue with cord clutter, none of the organizing methods I have used are convenient.

My biggest frustration is the tangled mess that it creates. I like things organized and in its own place, so cord mess drives me insane. I wish everything could be cordless and/or wireless.
Shari says
I hate how I pull on one cord and five others come along for the ride!
Raquel says
My biggest frustration with cord clutter is how messy it looks. Nothing against cords, I just don’t want to see them. Have a great weekend! ๐
Lynn says
Cords actually get dust on them…………uggh!

Kenzie Christensen says
I hate all the tangled, hard to find cords.
Melissa says
My biggest frustration with cord clutter is that our two cats have a way of trying to chew on the cords if we aren’t careful about where we leave the cords lying about. I guess in a way that’s good because it forces us to put them away! There are so many cords though-phone, ipod, ipad, netbook, laptop, etc!
Lisa Christensen says
I hate all the tangled cords.
Nora@ The Dollar Holllering Homemaker says
Oh the cord clutter- would love something so simple. Thanks for the giveaway!
Karen D. says
My husband is in charge of all electronics – sadly cord clutter doesn’t even register on his radar. They just look SO messy.
Jennifer says
My husband travels more than he is home right now and has several things that he needs to take with him. This would be GREAT that he could take one or two of these instead of several chargers for different things. Even if I don’t win your giveaway I’m going to buy some of these! Thanks for posting =) Have already “liked” you on FB

My biggest problem w/ the cord clutter is making sure kids can’t trip over them…which usually means unplugging them each and every time they aren’t in use.
Carolyn says
it drives me crazy when I can’t get to my cords or outlet(s)! I have to crawl under my desk with a flashlight so I can see and contort and stretch in order to get to them.
kristi says
Keeping track of which cord goes with which device, and storing them in a central accessible place (not always where it’s most convenient to USE them, sadly) drives me crazy.
Carolyn says
Liked on FB! :C )

Always moving cords from one room to another or in the car. What a great gadget.

Cord clutter is the worst. It takes up so much unnecessary space and looks completely unsightly.

My biggest frustration right now is my baby always gravitating to the cords and sucking on them! There’s a huge mess of them under the desk.
Tanya says

There are just so many cords for everything you use daily, even the rechargable items. How many zip ties and cords organizers do i have to have.
Patti says
I’ve already “Liked” on FB!

I hate keeping them plugged in cause of the energy being wasted but I also think all the cords are hideous to look at!
Natalie P. says
I don’t like not knowing which cord belongs to which device.
kristin says
I hate leaving them plugged in (enery wasted! and they are ugly!), but my husband hates it when he has to go look for his phone charger cord every evening because I keep putting it away.
Amy Owen says
THe big mess of cords that I’m not sure what they go to anymore (not to things we are currently using) but my husband won’t let me throw them away! : )
