I just added a simple immersion blender to my christmas list and I come here and see this! Wow. Maybe I need to go back and specify this blender. What could I do with this? I’d use it for soups, pasta sauce, baby food, cutting butter into flour (pastries!!!), and pureeing pumpkin. Oh, I’m sure I’d find lots more too..
