I’m sure it’s not a huge surprise that I absolutely LOVE fun organizing tools and products — they are some of my favorite things to shop for!

Of course, I don’t recommend purchasing organizing tools until you’ve actually organized your space and know what tools you need —  but when you do head out to shop for organizing tools, I’d highly encourage you to stop by Staples to check out the brand new line of Martha Stewart Home organizing products.

I’m guessing that when you think of Staples, you automatically think “office organizing tools” — and that’s true… there are a bunch of office organizing products in this new line.     I am kind of an organization hound. I use baskets, folders, shelves with cloth bins. I could go on and on! I love the Martha Stewart line. It’s so cute. 🙂

    In the kitchen – definitely mason jars! Other places I like to re-purpose old show boxes by wrapping them in cloth or scrapbook paper.

    I’d have to say I’m a big fan of baskets – although as I pack and prepare to move this week, I’m finding I like anything that’s rectangular and packs well!

    I “like” you on fb! Containers (of any size, shape, or material) and LABELS are my favorite “go to” organizing tools. If it has a place and has a name, my kids (4) & hubby have a hard time telling me, “but I don’t know where it is — or I don’t know where to put it when I’m done.”

    I’ve got a little 3-section mesh paper file that I absolutely couldn’t do without! I use it for sorting our mail and other paper into things to do, things that are pending, and things that are dealt with but now need to be filed.

    I love file folders! All paper on my desk or that comes home from my kids’ schools ends up in easily accessible file folders. Would love some pretty ones from Martha Stewart!

    My favorite is my P-Touch label maker! I put labels on everything! It makes it so easy for me, especially when I’m having a tough time/after surgeries/etc. when friends & family members can come in & see at a glance where everything goes.

    I love magazine holders – instantly makes my bookshelves so much neater. I’m a little obsessive about keeping stuff neat and tidy; but, my hubby isn’t bothered by living in a tornado – so I’m constantly looking for new products and tricks to keep him more organized.

    My number one organizing tool is baskets. I have some I bought seven years ago that have been used in almost every room of our home and through two moves. I love this line of products though because they are so clean looking.
