I’m sure it’s not a huge surprise that I absolutely LOVE fun organizing tools and products — they are some of my favorite things to shop for!
Of course, I don’t recommend purchasing organizing tools until you’ve actually organized your space and know what tools you need — but when you do head out to shop for organizing tools, I’d highly encourage you to stop by Staples to check out the brand new line of Martha Stewart Home organizing products.
Martha Stewart has partnered with Avery to create a FABULOUS line of functional, practical, affordable, and absolutely gorgeous line of organizing products… and they are only available at Staples and Staples.com.
I’m guessing that when you think of Staples, you automatically think “office organizing tools” — and that’s true… there are a bunch of office organizing products in this new line. However, Martha Stewart has all sorts of other fun goodies like binders, journals, filing systems, chalkboard labels, dry-errase labels, gift tags, spice jar labels, meal-planning tools, etc. etc. You can see them all over at Avery.com
So if you’d love some FREE Martha Stewart organizing tools, just enter this giveaway by following the instructions at the end of this post.
Also, if you’re interested in more free Martha Stewart Organizing products, you can visit both the Avery and The Organization Of Moms’ Facebook pages for other opportunities to win!

I have about 4 different sizes of plastic tubs that I use throughout my house to organize everything from paperclips and office supplies to children’s clothes and craft supplies. If it doesn’t fit in one size tub, I move up to the next size.

I just “liked” you on Facebook!

I use a combination of file folders and baskets. Keeping my counters clean is so much easier when I have a “home” for all those papers!
Valerie says
My absolute must have organizing tools are expandable file folders. I use one to keep certain bills & tax information and another one to keep owners manuals, warranties & receipts for big purchases like electronics & appliances. I also just started another one that I use for extra greeting cards organized by occasion.
Melanie says
Found you on Facebook and “liked” your page ! Thanks, I didn’t know you were there or here for that matter. Found you by accident and so glad I did !
Melanie says
I have recently learned the reason why I am a person that piles; if I can’t see it, I forget I have it. I therefore, have gone to using clear containers for just about everything and labels. No more duplicates or more of something than I truly need or can use. I also love nice looking baskets. I keep my natural cleaning supplies in one, my re-useable shopping bags in another, vitamins and essential oils in a pretty basket on the counter etc.

My label maker. Thanks!

I live by my Amy Knapp planner and family calendar. It helps to keep my time organized. At home, I love my labeler and baskets to keep things neat.

My favorite Organizing tool is the tote. I love it because it can be used for anything from toy box to a laundry basket. It also helps me to organize my kids out grown stuff that can eventually be sold later on.

Crossing my fingers! My (completely unoriginal) go-to organizing items are a label maker and clear bins.
Jennifer F. says
My go-to organizing tools are definitely my google calendar and my day-timer. I feel like without them my life would not run. I also use lots of ziplocs and plastics bins to contain things around the house.
Natalia says
I am dependent on my “Day-timer” weekly/Monthly planner! I can keep track of all of my appointments (and what I need to bring or prepare), my action lists, goals, brief journaling. I added plastic pockets inserts for my other notes and 3×5 cards I use for organizing on-going projects and large events. I can just “zip it up” and carry with me wherever.
I also use photo boxes (for storing more than photos…) and 3 different sizes of plastic bins. File folders and labels are a “must!!! So are ziplock bags and ziplock containers!
Heidi Beatty says
My favorite organizing tool is my label maker. I’ve used it everywhere, to label file folders, cabinets, etc. It’s a quick and easy way to make sure everyone knows where things belong.
