I’m sure it’s not a huge surprise that I absolutely LOVE fun organizing tools and products — they are some of my favorite things to shop for!
Of course, I don’t recommend purchasing organizing tools until you’ve actually organized your space and know what tools you need — but when you do head out to shop for organizing tools, I’d highly encourage you to stop by Staples to check out the brand new line of Martha Stewart Home organizing products.
Martha Stewart has partnered with Avery to create a FABULOUS line of functional, practical, affordable, and absolutely gorgeous line of organizing products… and they are only available at Staples and Staples.com.
I’m guessing that when you think of Staples, you automatically think “office organizing tools” — and that’s true… there are a bunch of office organizing products in this new line. However, Martha Stewart has all sorts of other fun goodies like binders, journals, filing systems, chalkboard labels, dry-errase labels, gift tags, spice jar labels, meal-planning tools, etc. etc. You can see them all over at Avery.com
So if you’d love some FREE Martha Stewart organizing tools, just enter this giveaway by following the instructions at the end of this post.
Also, if you’re interested in more free Martha Stewart Organizing products, you can visit both the Avery and The Organization Of Moms’ Facebook pages for other opportunities to win!

The only organizational stuff I really have so far are baskets. We have them in our kids’ bedroom and they are great for storing all those small, loose items, and even toys. I am in need of some organizational stuff!

I love clear boxes with lids. Stack-able and I can slip a piece of paper to describe the contents inside (since you can read through the box). I’ve gone to using different colors for labels, too, for different categories (sewing/pink, craft/purple, home office/green, yarn/yellow, Sunday school/blue, etc). That way I can keep the like boxes together easily.
Thanks for all your inspiration!

Manilla and hanging folders, color coded for each child. I like to use the plastic see through stacking bins for seasonal clothes. Other than that, I’m sorta challenged in the organization department.
Crystal says
I got my first label maker for Christmas and now I feel like a kid in a candy store – everything in our house that’s not moving has a label slapped on it!

I have a fairly small space to work out of so I like having things organized! I think my most favorite organizing item would have to be the fun jars and containers that I use to put scissors, tape measures, pencils, seam rippers, rulers and other sewing items in. It keeps them visible and yet organized at the same time!
Linda says
I love fabric totes, baskets and those decorative boxes to store and organize different things about the house.

I liked you on Facebook…twice…for my personal page and my blog page because I like you that much. ๐

I recently fell in love with Tupperware for my pantry organization. They are pricey (I got mine on sale for more than half off) but they have a spreadsheet to help you choose containers for common pantry goods and they fit perfectly! I also love my Label Once labels. You write on them with permanent marker and they stay on through the freezer, microwave and dishwasher, yet you can erase them and they are like new again!
I also liked you on facebook…I am happy to have extra chances at more organization goodies ๐

My favorite organizing supplies are any type of bins and magazine holders. I have used magazine holders from everything from holding books to holding my hair dryer and straightener inside my bathroom cabinets.

Love using different items to organize in new fun ways. Newest additions…a gift box that a candle came in for pens & pencils. A trio of bath salt tins from an ancient Xmas gift to hold paper clips, staples and push pins. My favorite is a repurposed antique tool box as a file holder.
