    One of my most favorite birthday gifts was born last Feb 5, less than 2 weeks before my birthday. A very special early gift! She was even more special, being born that day, as it was the same day my husband passed away years earlier. A sad day is less sad before of her 🙂 I smile at a lot of what you write about your daughter as it wasn’t that long ago that my grandbaby was doing very similar things.

    In 2nd grade my dad built me a doll house for my Barbie dolls that I have always treasured. I’m not sure how he kept it hidden from me because it was huge and detailed – I’m sure it took a long time to construct! Happy Birthday to you!

    I love having some time to do something fun all by myself. This year my mom watched the kids so I could get a pedicure and do a little shopping. Such a treat!

    My favorite birthday gift would have to be the excitement of my kids on my special day. The littlest was singing “Happy Birthday” from her crib and the oldest was grinning like it was Christmas. Joy. That’s all the gift this Mama needs.
