    My favorite birthday gift was when i found out i was pregnant with our second daughter. I had a miscarriage 6 months before that so i was extremely elated to learn we had another chance at having a child!!

    I don’t usually get many Christmas gifts because my birthday is right before Christmas, but my favorite would probably be a few years ago when my best friend in college made me dinner for my birthday. It wasn’t the best meal ever, but the fact that he took the time to make it and enjoy the day with me meant more than anything.
