    I enjoy reading your blog, following you on Facebook and seeing you discover the joys of motherhood. Motherhood is the best job in the world. As a child, the only thing that I wanted to be was a mommy. It wasn’t easy, many disappointments but I finally became a mommy and I love it. My babies are 41 & 39 and I now have 5 grandchildren. I chose a great career.

    My favorite birthday gift — Money 🙂 Just kidding… sometimes, my husband makes me cards and writes poems in them. I really like the poems he writes (and it’s not something he typically does, just for me and only every 5 or so years). Happy 27th birthday!! –btw, my first baby was about 5 months old on my 27th birthday…. time sure does fly -she’s 15 now.

    My favorite gift was given to me last year by my husband. Two padlocks~1 pink, 1 blue~ and they were locked together and no keys. See the symbolism? 🙂 I cried.

    My best birthday present was 3 weeks ago. On my 30th birthday we closed on our house, and have been doing construction ever since to make it our dream home 🙂
