Weekend Giveaway: Unger Connect and Clean Kits from Target.com

I don’t know about you, but I’m ALWAYS itching to clean out my house once Fall rolls around (not only the clutter, but the dust-bunnies too). Maybe it’s because the weather is finally a bit cooler so I don’t sweat like crazy, or maybe it’s because the lazy days of Summer are gone and I realize that it’s probably time to get back to work. Whatever the reason, you are much more likely to find me deep cleaning in the Fall than in the Spring.

So far, I’ve already deep cleaned the nursery, our bedroom, our bathroom, the garage, and the storage room upstairs. Once our kitchen is finished, I’ll tackle the rest of the house.

And even though I’m one of those weird people who actually enjoys an afternoon of cleaning, I still don’t like to waste time looking for my supplies… or waste space storing my supplies.

I’ve already shared a bit about my ultra-simple bathroom cleaning routine, but when it comes to the rest of the house, I have a relatively simple routine there too.

I’ve been using the Unger cleaning products for over a year now and absolutely love how quick, simple, and easy they are to use… not to mention, space-saving!

One of my favorite things about the Unger products is the Tele-Pole. There are a few different types of poles, but you just need ONE  and you can quickly and easily attach ALL the different cleaning “heads” via the threaded end. That means you can save loads of space!

My second favorite thing about the Under product line is their Microfiber Specialty Cloths. One works for stainless steal surfaces, another is for glass, another for dusting, and the forth one is simply an all-purpose cloth.

So as you can imagine, I can pretty much clean everything in my entire house (besides the laundry) with these products.

    It would be our enclosed front porch getting the super cleaning. With high ceilings there and in the whole house the extension poles would be great!

    I would definitely tackle my living/kitchen/family room area (open concept). Those dusting and ceiling fan attachments as well as the cobweb one and those microfiber cloths would get a LOT of use in this area! I already like SOL and Unger

    I hate to admit it, but with a 3-week old, a 3-year old, and a 5-year old who just started Kindergarten (and therefore very little sleep), my whole house could use some good cleaning. Although, the bathrooms are probably the worst!

    It’s a tie between ceiling fans and cobwebs near the ceiling. How could I have missed these products at Target? If I don’t win I’ll definitely purchase them.

    Dusting is something that I fight. I dust and the next day there is more. I don’t want to dust very day. Once or twice a week would be nice.

    After the dry, dusty summer we’ve had, my ceiling fans are pretty icky… my least favorite cleaning task. Maybe it won’t be so bad with this cleaning system.

    can i admit that it’s a toss up between my kitchen and bathroom? (dramatic sigh). they are both the 2 rooms that i have yet to do over and never ever look clean even if they are.

    My living room could use the most deep cleaning. I work at home and my office is at the opposite end of the house. By the time work is over and I’ve made dinner and cleaned up and gotten everything else done on my to-do list for the day, I barely have time to walk in there, much less clean it!     Hi! My kitchen and mudroom, which are connected, need cleaning! Its the busiest part of our house, especially for our kids and dogs. And of course its my favorite place! I spend most of my time here cooking, crafting, computing and talking with my family and friends. I’d love to have these cleaning helpers to give this area some good old TLC. I love the fact that these items don’t require harsh cleaning agents.

    I think every room could use a cleaning right now!! Every since I had twins 2 years ago my cleaning and organizing has just not been the same.. after going through ALL their clothes to sell or donate everything is thrown everywhere! But If I had to pick I would say our master bedroom (stuff always gets thrown in there and close the door!)
