Weekend Giveaway: Unger Connect and Clean Kits from Target.com

I don’t know about you, but I’m ALWAYS itching to clean out my house once Fall rolls around (not only the clutter, but the dust-bunnies too). Maybe it’s because the weather is finally a bit cooler so I don’t sweat like crazy, or maybe it’s because the lazy days of Summer are gone and I realize that it’s probably time to get back to work. Whatever the reason, you are much more likely to find me deep cleaning in the Fall than in the Spring.

So far, I’ve already deep cleaned the nursery, our bedroom, our bathroom, the garage, and the storage room upstairs. Once our kitchen is finished, I’ll tackle the rest of the house.

And even though I’m one of those weird people who actually enjoys an afternoon of cleaning, I still don’t like to waste time looking for my supplies… or waste space storing my supplies.

I’ve already shared a bit about my ultra-simple bathroom cleaning routine, but when it comes to the rest of the house, I have a relatively simple routine there too.

I’ve been using the Unger cleaning products for over a year now and absolutely love how quick, simple, and easy they are to use… not to mention, space-saving!

One of my favorite things about the Unger products is the Tele-Pole. There are a few different types of poles, but you just need ONE  and you can quickly and easily attach ALL the different cleaning “heads” via the threaded end. That means you can save loads of space!

My second favorite thing about the Under product line is their Microfiber Specialty Cloths. One works for stainless steal surfaces, another is for glass, another for dusting, and the forth one is simply an all-purpose cloth.

So as you can imagine, I can pretty much clean everything in my entire house (besides the laundry) with these products.

    We are getting ready to start refinishing the top 1/2 story of our house. It needs a good scrub before we start and then the main floor will during and after!

    I’d use the longest pole and the squeegee to go after the very noticeable bird droppings that are way out of reach on the biggest window of our house. I don’t do ladders-at least above the second rung!

    ALL WALLS in my house! I’m 5’2″ and it’s very hard for me to dust my walls and ceilings. I live next to a dirt road and I think my house just sucks up the dirt! I have never heard of this item….sounds good to me! Thanks

    We are getting ready for a new baby in just a few more weeks, and my whole house could use some cleaning, but I have been just exhausted. My kitchen is where we cook, talk, watch videos, and homeschool, and it connects to the toy room where my littlest ones play, so I guess it is always in some state of chaos. I’ve been working on it most of the day, and hopefully by tonight it will look better.

    My Dining Room could use the most cleaning! In fact I need to do it this weekend because of company coming! It ends up being the ‘catch-all’ room: sewing room, game room, homework room, computer room, etc, etc.

    I have more than a few cobwebs up in the corners. I’ve been putting of cleaning them because I can’t reach them and I will either have to rig something, vaccuum them or buy a duster…

    OMGoodness! I have just spent the last week and a half cleaning my house. One room at a time. And by cleaning I mean everything out of closets and drawers and furniture moved. I am so sore I can hardly move. After many trips to the Goodwill it looks darn good. But what a help these products would have been! I still have the utility room to go. Wish me luck 🙂
