Huge Birthday Giveaway Celebration

posted by Andrea | 05/16/2011

One month from today is my 26th birthday!! No, I’m not telling you this so you can send me cards, gifts, or well wishes. I’m telling you this because one month from now — during my birthday week — I’ll be giving away over $2000 worth of products to Simple Organized Living readers for my HUGE Birthday Giveaway Celebration!

That’s right, I’ve partnered with 26 different companies to offer 26 different giveaways for my 26th birthday — and I thought it might be fun to whet your appetite for some of the amazing products you will have a chance to win.

Here are SOME of the participating companies:

Aladdin Lunch and Storage Products

Baby Bear Shop

Caldrea Natural Cleaning Products

Cora Anne Designs

Gussy Sews

Mimi’s Baby Esty Shop

Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Products

Plan to Eat

Prairieland Herbs Organic Toiletries

Rachel Ray Products

Red Letter Words

Simplify 101 Organizing Workshop

Tastefully Simple

Thirty-One Organizing Bags

The Poppy Bag Company

Ultimate Christmas Storage Products

Wall Worthy Vinyl Lettering

And there are MORE!!!

Feel free to check out all of these amazing companies and products and get ready to win during my Birthday Giveaway Celebration — June 13-18. Aren’t you excited?   Unfortunately, I recently had 2 companies back out due to personal {and totally legit} reasons. And even though I could easily find 2 additional giveaways, I thought it might be fun to see if there are any products that you would love to win.

Do you have a favorite Etsy shop that you would like me to contact?

Is there a specific product you’ve been dying to try?

Do you personally have a product you would like to giveaway or an Etsy shop to promote?

If so — PLEASE leave those ideas, websites, products, and suggestions in the comment section below, or email me aldekker @ If I can’t use the products for my birthday week, I will still most definitely use them for other giveaways during the summer months {you do like giveaways don’t you?}

    Happy Birthday Andrea!
I have seen some amazing hair clips which are manufactured by a company called Lilla Rose. They might be willing to promote their range in a Giveaway. I hope overseas entrants are eligible to enter too!

Thanks for the info. And why don’t I “like” you on Facebook?! I must fix this! 🙂

Looking forward to celebrating your birthday! I don’t have any suggestions for you, but I do have a comment regarding giveaways. I think it would be neat if you posted the winner of the giveaways. One of my favorite sites does that. They also give the number of entries there were which is kind of interesting, but definitely not essential.

Sorry, I was a post behind on reading. I just saw that you said you are going to announce the winner of the candle giveaway, so just ignore my other comment.

Thanks for all you do. Love your site! Now…off to enter that giveaway!

Kari — I don’t do a separate post just to announce giveaway winners, but I DO announce it on Facebook and Twitter {and I email that person directly}. I also update the giveaway post with the name of the winner at the top, but you would have to go back and actually look at the giveaway post to see that.

However, for my birthday giveaways, I WILL do a separate post to announce all the winners after the week is over — it should be a really fun week!!

I love Carol Roeda, a local (GR) artist and decor shop.

I also love Melissa Diekema photography, a local (GR) wife and mom with a great eye for capturing real life.

I think you should celebrate your birthday all month…at least. Thanks for inviting me to the party!

Thanks Sandy, I’ll look into both of those options!

Do you know Gina at LetterGirl? That’s the name of her Etsy site. She makes handmade return address stamps and stationary. I am saving my pennies for one of her stamps. I’d love to get rid of the clutter in my drawer, namely, the return address labels that I store and store. This would be perfect. Anyway, she might be willing to participate. The link is

I’ll save the birthday wishes for next month! 😀

Do you happen to have her email address — it’s not working for me to contact her through her etsy shop??? Thanks!

    I second this one!!!
