The school year is almost here for Dave (I know there are many schools who have already started) and one thing Dave and I don’t exactly love doing is packing lunches every single day.
However, this year, I’m a little more excited to pack lunches because (thanks to a fun giveaway I did last spring) we have an assortment of reusable AgainBags that we’ll be using in place of hundreds of plastic storage bags.
If you’d like to cut back on your consumption of plastic sandwich and snack bags {and have something FUN for packing lunches this year}, I have the perfect product for you!
AgainBags.com is a company that specializes in hand-made, reusable lunch and snack bags that are lead-free, phthalate-free, BPA-free, AND they come in fabulous colors and patterns…
They also have a brand new Active Wrap set that is absolutely perfect for lunches because the sandwich bag/wrap actually folds out into a “place mat” which I imagine would be nice for sticky, “germy” desks at school or at the office!
These bags are fantastic for sandwiches, wraps, fruits, veggies, cookies, bars, chips, pretzels, crackers, and pretty much any other food you want to carry with you.
I know I’m excited to use the AgainBags this year… and even more excited that they are offering two gift certificates as this weekend’s giveaway!
The Giveaway:
Today, two lucky readers will win a $25 AgainBags gift certificate, good on anything available on the AgainBags’ website.
Also, get 20% off your entire purchase of AgainBags with coupon code: Simple20

Please see my full disclosure policy and contact me with any questions you have. Good luck!

I usually have a baggie of almonds, an apple, and a cheese stick in my lunch to go with whatever leftovers I pack for the day. I love the idea of reusable lunch baggies!
Jessica says
snack bar of some type, and small bags of peanuts
Vicki Mudgett says
My kids love the mini bagels with cream cheese. Sometimes I make the cream cheese look like frosting by putting it in the corner of one of those cheap fold over sandwich bags. They just bite a hole in the corner and squeeze, so fun!
I would love to re-use bags though, such a waste!
Thank you!

WOW, what a great idea, we have to eat lunch at work each and every day vs. going out, I get sick of using plastic and throwing them; i try and use them over but it’s just not simple to do at times.. This is a great idea .. and now all of a sudden High School lunches just aren’t ‘good’ anymore to older kids, my son wants to bring his lunches too .. so these would def come in handy!

I pack lunch for my husband every morning (sometimes for myself, too). He’s content to eat a ham and cheese sandwich every day (sometimes I change it up to turkey, also vary the condiment between mustard or mayo). Always, always, he gets raisins.
I’d love to have these reusable lunch wraps. We do use plastic bags for packing lunches, but reuse them over and over and over.
