Today is Dave’s birthday (he’s 31 — which is much older than me!) so in honor his birthday, I’m sharing one of HIS favorite organizing tools.

First of all, I do know that I’m extremely lucky to have a very clean, neat, and organized husband. And even though I take some of the credit for helping him to be more organized… I will also admit that he’s been neat and organized from the day I met him.

He’s actually so organized that he makes his own planner every year to use for school, coaching, and all his many other activities (looks like we are both quite particular about our planners!)

This summer, as he was preparing to head back to school, I got a package in the mail with a few Duo 7-Pocket Accordion File Binders.  I was immediately intrigued by the binders because they were essentially two organizing tools in one compact unit.

I showed Dave (who was equally impressed) and the next thing I knew, he had “stolen” the Duo binders from my side of the desk and proceeded to fill them with his homemade planner, school papers, student council information, coaching plans, etc.

    I’d use it for either my home management binder (with random papers) that I’m still working on creating, or for recipes. Or…I don’t know. There are a lot of possibilities! What a neat product!

    I have so many ideas on what I could use this for, but I could use it for organizing my recipes and recipes that I want to try. I have been wanting to organize my recipes for the longest time but just have not found the right method. I am sure this is the solution. Thanks a million.

    I would use it for home management. Bills, recipes, schedules, etc. and the notebook for my checklists, grocery lists, etc.

    I would give it to our son who has decided to go back to college at age 31. It would help keep him organized. If I used it, I would use it to keep my Christmas organized & also for daily, weekly, monthly home management. 😀

    This would be great for my husband who is a police officer to organize his paper work while he is on duty in his car!! It is so compact it would fit right into his duty bag!!

    I would use my DUO as a home improvement binder. Right now, I have to gather all my info. It would be great to have everything in one spot and at my finger tips.

    I am a military wife,homeschool mom of 6. I also tutor in our homeschool community. I would either use the binder first for a home management or for homeschooling .

    I would definitely use this binder for my menu and all my recipes. It would be great to have everything all in one place that I could take places with me if I needed to do some planning on the go!

    I would love to use it for holiday planning. Gift lists could go in the front, along with menu plans, shopping lists, etc. Binder part could hold magazine ideas for decor, recipes, Christmas cards, etc.

    I would use this file along with about 10 others to get organized with all my paperwork…kids school and art projects, bills, coupons, recipes, and many other options.
