UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed.
Congrats to Jaclyn (desiringtobetitus2@…)
I can still remember when we got our first few packages of newborn diapers several months before Nora was born.
They were SO tiny!
Fast-forward 14 months, and Nora is now big enough for size 4 diapers — which are absolutely huge compared to those tiny newborn diapers!
Although my mom and I are always on the look-out for fabulous diapers deals, I realize that they can still be quite expensive. So I’m super excited to share a great offer from Pampers and Target today.
Pampers is launching their Swaddlers diapers in sizes 4 and 5 at Target stores… and as a special promotion, Target stores are offering a free $20 Target gift card to anyone who purchases 2 packages of Pampers Swaddlers, Cruisers, or Baby Dry Economy Packs between January 27 and February 2, 2013!
But that’s not all…
I also have a fun Pampers / Target giveaway only for Simple Organized Living readers!

Hair salon. It was so messy. I had to dump the trash bag in our van to hold her dirty clothes because I had forgotten to replace the plastic bag I usually carry in the diaper bag.

I’m having a hard time remembering the oddest place, but there have been many. Car floor, on my lap, etc.

I changed my son’s diaper in a bathroom stall…on my lap…on the toilet. There was one stall, NO changing table, and a pedestal sink. NO flat surface. So I sat on the toilet lid, put the changing pad in my lap, laid him on it, and just finagled it into working. Delightful.

Craziest place I have ever changed a diaper is on a hiking trail. It started raining on our way back from a 2 mile hike. Our son got soaked in the backpack carrier, diaper started expanding greatly so we stopped did a quick diaper change and another when we got to the car. ๐ I already subscribe.

Hmmmm… have to say the craziest place I have ever changed a diaper was when we took our granddaughter to a Civil War reenactment (as living historians – dressed in 19th century clothing!). While at the event, we live in a canvas A frame tent and she was staying with us for the weekend. 21st century baby…. 19th century clothing…. pull up the baby dress and hurry!! quick!! change that modern nappy!

I had to change my son while he was standing up in a supermarket parking lot. We were traveling and the back of our station wagon was too full to use as a changing table.

Wow, the craziest place I ever changed a diaper? There were some interesting moments like having to use the car trunk, but the worst is at the beach -sand!

I am expecting our first, so I don’t have any crazy experiences yet! I have helped with my niece & nephews, but usually in their home.

The craziest place I have changed a diaper was in a stores bathroom. The baby had leaked out all over herself and I had to give her a tiny bath in the tiny sink

The craziest place I’ve ever changed a diaper would have to be in the Barnes & Noble parking lot (in the back of my car!) Good thing it was summer, because all I had left was a onesie to put her in ๐

It’s been awhile since I changed a diaper. But I did it often – and likely the strangest place was in the van on a road trip when the need was dire! =)
If I win the giveaway, I will share the pampers as a gift, and keep the Target gift card for myself. =) Thank-you for the opportunity!
