I don’t know about you, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when my groceries get all jumbled together, smashed, or even ruined because the bagger doesn’t take his or her time to neatly bag them.

I always make it a point to thank and compliment any cashier and/or bagger who neatly organizes my groceries by type (boxes together, fruits and veggies together, meats separate from everything else, etc). I appreciate their extra attention to detail and I find that they can usually fit more items in a smaller amount of space if they do it neatly.

Maybe I’m just really weird though 🙂

Well, because of my somewhat obsessive grocery packing regimen, I’m just a little giddy to share today’s giveaway with all of you… the CRESBI Crates!

Ok, so if you’re wondering what in the world a “CRESBI Crate” is, let me explain…

CRESBI is actually an acronym that stands for Collapsable Reusable, Environmentally friendly, Stackable, Box, Idea. This video does a nice job of demonstrating how the crates can be used.

Not only is CRESBI one of our January sponsors, they are also offering a very generous giveaway of their grocery shopping crates!

I’ve been using their Colossal 6 Pack which provides more than enough room for my weekly groceries. I love the bright colors, I love how quickly and easily the crates fold down, and I love that none of my groceries get smashed or end up rolling around in the back of my car on the way home.

    I would use them for groceries!! I go to Aldi, where you bring your own bags, but this would be fantastic!

    I would use the cresbi crates to carry groceries in the trunk and keep them from sliding around and getting smooshed on the way home.

    I would use this when on vacation when we go camping or carrying items up to our upstairs apartment. There are many thing I could use these for. keeping my trunk clean and organized.

    I would sooo use these to 1. Grocery shop…you’ve never been on a real shopping adventure until you have tried to load up all of your purchases into a teeny tiny Mini Cooper! These would be so helpful in fitting everything into my car to transport home without having to smoosh everything in!
    2. Go camping…I have been on the lookout for years for a better way to pack/unpack/transport all of our things into our camper for our camping trips! I have used milk crates (too bulky and not enough room to keep in the camper during the trips), paper shopping bags (nice to reuse/recycle but only hold so much in weight), reusable shopping bags, etc….
    These are such an awesome idea!

    Would use for the van trunk for sure..maybe for toys, maybe in closets.. Many possibilities!

    I would use these to keep track of toys, blankets, etc when traveling in the car with our two little ones! The vehicle is quite cramped when we get all of our stuff in, so this would help tremendously!

    I would love to be able to use these crates in the back of my car after shopping. Normally things get pretty jumbled on the way home and the kids end up dumping the grocery bags out trying to get them out of the car.

    I would use the crates to carry my groceries to the car. They would come in very handy at Aldi or Sam’s Club, where you have to bring your own bags.

    I would use the Cresbi crates for my groceries and organizing extra baby supplies in my car!
    These would also be nice for traveling and putting thing that you don’t really want to put in a bag like shoes, snacks, drinks, ect.

    Our county has a new law (beginning this month) which bans plastic grocery bags. I’m glad because it’s better for the environment. I would use the crates for grocery shopping, or to carry my art supplies. Thank you for your helpful blog!

    These crates would be super helpful as moving boxes and for toy storage–as well as groceries, of course. Since those seem to be my main 3 life activities right now–moving, picking up toys, and grocery shopping–I would LOVE to win! 😀

    We are a family of 6 so we would use our Cresbi crates to organize the groceries as we are checking out! Our kids would LOVE this system as it would make things much easier/convenient in us putting everything away. What a GREAT idea!!! These are not just limited to groceries either – the everyday items for the house would fit in these as well!!
