UPDATE: This giveaway is now closed.
Congrats to:
- Debra (debrafoye@…)
- Sarah (sbjluvskids@…)
I don’t know about you, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when my groceries get all jumbled together, smashed, or even ruined because the bagger doesn’t take his or her time to neatly bag them.
I always make it a point to thank and compliment any cashier and/or bagger who neatly organizes my groceries by type (boxes together, fruits and veggies together, meats separate from everything else, etc). I appreciate their extra attention to detail and I find that they can usually fit more items in a smaller amount of space if they do it neatly.
Maybe I’m just really weird though 🙂
Well, because of my somewhat obsessive grocery packing regimen, I’m just a little giddy to share today’s giveaway with all of you… the CRESBI Crates!
Ok, so if you’re wondering what in the world a “CRESBI Crate” is, let me explain…
CRESBI is actually an acronym that stands for Collapsable Reusable, Environmentally friendly, Stackable, Box, Idea. This video does a nice job of demonstrating how the crates can be used.
Not only is CRESBI one of our January sponsors, they are also offering a very generous giveaway of their grocery shopping crates!
I’ve been using their Colossal 6 Pack which provides more than enough room for my weekly groceries. I love the bright colors, I love how quickly and easily the crates fold down, and I love that none of my groceries get smashed or end up rolling around in the back of my car on the way home.
Nora actually uses the baby CRESBI Crate to carry toys and other objects around the house. It’s pretty cute!
Being an organizer, I immediately thought of 101 other uses for the CRESBI crates — like toys, craft supplies, packing for a quick trip, potlucks, and so much more.
I know I had never seen anything like the CRESBI crates before… so if you’re new to this concept too, you might want to check out a few more of their YouTube video clips to see these crates in action.
Oh, but make sure you come back and enter the giveaway!

I would use the crates for groceries! I’ve been looking for something just like this too!

CRESBI seems to make a good product. I do shop after work and the cooler bag is good for storing items needed refridgeration. I like that the crates can be packed at the grocery check out and fits on the belt. Much easier and greener then the paper/plastic bags.

I would definitely use them for groceries and organizing the car, but I would mostly use them for gardening. These would be great for taking plants to our plant sale, or to friends. They would also be great for transporting soil amendments and tools out to the garden for work days. I would keep them in my greenhouse for moving seedlings, plants and organizing materials. They look VERY useful!

I would take this to Sam’s and keep it in the car. I always forget my bags, and they’re usually not sturdy enough for the heavy stuff.

I would use for groceries. My husband is an outdoor salesman, so he could use for his catalogs and literature. Would beat the cardboard Box he uses now!:)

Groceries or cleaning supplies.

Love the look of these crates. Think they would be very useful for organizing items needed for sports ~ the uniform, shoes, balls etc ~ so they can just grab the crate and put it in the car.

Groceries, for sure.

I would use them either for shopping or organizing the back of our van.
