Last year, I featured a REALLY cool product on my blog — the DUO Binder. It’s basically a 3-ring binder and an accordion folder all in one, and Dave and I both use them for a variety of things in our business and personal lives.

Dave uses his binders for his planner, school work, and coaching. I use my binders to store and organize all our important papers, keep track of our various manuals, and corral some of Nora’s craft supplies.

So I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was when I received a package on my doorstep earlier this fall with the brand new TRIO Binders inside.

These binders are basically just as amazing as the DUO Binders — but they have the added functionality of pop-out hanging tabs that allow you to hang the entire binder in any letter-size filling cabinet. This might sound like a small detail, but if you use your binder to organize any documents you access on a regular basis, keeping them readily available in a filing cabinet is just so handy.

And since tax season is right around the corner (and since these binders would make an awesome Christmas gift) I thought it might be the perfect timing for a little TRIO Binder giveaway!!

    I would use this binder to organize all of our important & emergency information. So if something was to happen to me, my husband would be able to pay the bills and not get behind. If something was to happen to both of us, someone could easily pick up where we left off in closing our estate and caring for our children.

    These look like wonderful organizers. Thanks for the opportunity to try them. I don’t want to be morbid about this, but we are preparing our papers and instructions for end-of-life. (We hope that won’t happen for many years.) This system seems ideal.

    We have lots of documentation I could see using this for. I’d either combine all our home, mortgage, and appliance documents in this OR medical histories and other similar information. It’s likely end up in our safe though!

    I would give this to my dad. He’s a small business owner and his ‘normal’ way of handling tax documents is throwing all paperwork in a box throughout the year and then sorting through around tax time. I KNOW this trio binder would fit his needs and hopefully help in organizing just a little bit.
