Last year, I featured a REALLY cool product on my blog — the DUO Binder. It’s basically a 3-ring binder and an accordion folder all in one, and Dave and I both use them for a variety of things in our business and personal lives.

Dave uses his binders for his planner, school work, and coaching. I use my binders to store and organize all our important papers, keep track of our various manuals, and corral some of Nora’s craft supplies.

So I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was when I received a package on my doorstep earlier this fall with the brand new TRIO Binders inside.

These binders are basically just as amazing as the DUO Binders — but they have the added functionality of pop-out hanging tabs that allow you to hang the entire binder in any letter-size filling cabinet. This might sound like a small detail, but if you use your binder to organize any documents you access on a regular basis, keeping them readily available in a filing cabinet is just so handy.

And since tax season is right around the corner (and since these binders would make an awesome Christmas gift) I thought it might be the perfect timing for a little TRIO Binder giveaway!!

    For now I would use it to organize the receipts, manuals and decorating ideas we have for the house we are fixing up. Once that is done I would like to find a way to organize the knitting and crochet patterns of projects I’ve made. Right now all my notes are in an assortment of notebooks, it would be nice to have everything all together.

    I have one of these I use for work. It’s great for organizing different reports for easy access and identification as well as having free area in the notebook portion for quick notes during meetings. I would love to have another one for home use for bill and planner use.

    I would use one to organize my home papers – taxes, donations, receipts etc, I would use a second one for organizing my school plans – what a great way to plan for the week and slide all of the necessary papers for each day into the file. I think I would LOVE this!
