Congrats to Lauren (lauren_rider@…) and Linda (bierce349@…)
When it comes to my every-day life, I’m ALWAYS on the lookout for products that not only help me to simplify and organize my busy life… but also are really easy to use.
Nothing bugs me more than a product that claims to help me simplify, but takes a full afternoon (and a Google or YouTube search) to figure out how to actually use it. I have so many examples of these types of products… seriously!!
So when Bev and Beth — the founders of BANDIwear — contacted me, I knew immediately that I would have no trouble promoting their new business and amazingly simple (yet super useful) products.
What is BANDI?
BANDI is a brand of super functional pocketed belts that hold all of your basic essentials so you can be on-the-go without lugging a heavy purse around.
It’s one of the most simplified products I’ve come across in a long time — so simple, Nora immediately knew what it was and what to do with it.
.
The BANDI belts have two larger pockets that fit almost any smart phone, cash, ID’s, credit cards, tissues, and even a point and shoot camera. Then there’s a smaller pocket to the side for keys, lip gloss, gum, ear buds, baby pacifier, etc.
So like I said, the most basic essentials.
And if you’re like me, you frequently wear clothing without pockets (a.k.a. yoga pants every day) so this belt is actually perfect for playing outside with the kids, going for a walk, doing yard work, or even just wearing around the house so I don’t have to constantly look for my phone when I hear it ringing.
Yes, it fits even though I’m growing, and it’s almost invisible when my shirt hangs down over it.
Here are just a FEW of the many many BANDI color and fabric options you can choose from for your belt.
Of course you know me — I opted for the very neutral Mini Check in Black and Grey 🙂
Isn’t it cool!
I’ve been using my BANDI daily and am loving it!
I wore it on the airplane and to the Evernote conference I went to 2 weeks ago — and seriously, it was SO handy. I could keep my ID, boarding pass, cell phone, lip gloss, and gum handy while everything else could stay zipped up in my carry-on bag.
So many people asked me about my belt — and I hope some of them went back and made a purchase (especially if they were frequent travelers).
If you ask me, I’d say the uses for the BANDI belt are practically endless — and I honestly feel like this product could help almost anyone to simplify and organize.
Because of that, I’m SOOOOO excited to share this new product with you (and offer a couple of giveaways!)

This could end the HATE part of the the love/hate relationship we have with workout wear.
Thanks so much!

i love the idea for winter. purses rarely stay on my shoulder and i’m always shoving my phone, keys, money etc. in my pockets to not have to carry a purse. having the items in one place, under my coat, helps with safety and knowing which pocket to look in to get what I need. I think the Bandi is a great idea!
Sandy says
I’m another reader with back/shoulder problems and have been trying to leave my purse behind more often but often don’t know what to do with my phone as I hate to shove it in my back pocket. This belt looks like the perfect answer! Thanks for sharing it with us!
Corri says
I can see many practical uses for this sleek belt. I would like not having to wonder where my purse is or about leaving it unattended in a grocery cart.
Abby says
I have a 2 month old and 9 year old which means I don’t have a free hand anymore for carrying a purse!
Jen says
I’m realizing how lovely it is to be hands-free and this belt is perfect for that!
And also, this would work for any Type I diabetics on insulin pumps. I know a few students who use this (or something similar? not sure) to hold their pump instead of having to always wear pockets or clip it somewhere. FYI ๐

This s something i would like to try!!!!!!!!!!

This is so neat! I have a 2 and a 4 year old that love playing outside. Each afternoon when I get home we don’t even go inside to drop off their school stuff. I stay outside in my work clothes in the sweltering Alabama heat playing soccer or tee-ball until my husband gets home. I would love something to help stay organized while I’m playing in the yard with them.
Abbey says
Great for going to the park behind our house everyday with my daughter!
Jess Tank says
This is so cute and such a great idea. The convenience of a fanny pack, but waaaaaaaaay cuter. This would be so nice to have because my 15 month old son tries to steal my wallet every single time he sees it. This would be much more discreet so I could be sneaky. ๐
Jennifer says
I have a three year old that loves my iPhone more than I do…needless to say I can never find it! This belt looks like it would be an answered prayer!
Shantel says
Love this! Thanks for the giveaway! I would love to use this on my walks when I don’t take my daughter in the stroller!
Christine says
I would love this product when hiking and walking the dogs!!
Karyn says
I would love this for when taking bike rides with the kids, going to the park, or an amusement park.
Amy says
Keeping up with a 12 year old and 2 year has me running in 2 different directions at ALL times so this would be perfect to not have to stop and find the essentials!!

If I won this I would give it to my Mother In Law for Christmas!! I think that’s a frugal gift. If I don’t win I will be for sure byying her one!! It’s like a sexy fanny pack!! My mother I’m law has a fanny pack and while its a must have for her it doesn’t go with her upbeat hip style!!
Jennifer says
This would be great to show off at our service council meeting to all the parents that have to bring their kids to the Hospital regularly. From the parking ramp across the bridge and then to the 10th floor is a LONG haul with bags (filled with kids stuff for the day) I usually try to stuff my parking ticket, phone, credit card and Id in my pocket. (if I have one) The Bandi looks like something that would be perfect for all the multi-tasking momcologists that I know!
Gretchen says
Wow! Its like a modernized fanny pack! I love it! As so many out there I am a busy mom on the go! I hate carrying a purse because I NEED free hands!! I would love to give this stylish belt a try!! Thanks for this opportunity!
Amy @ The Sugar Sharks says
I’d love to win this for my daughter. She wear’s runner’s belts and other specially made belts to hold her insulin pump and another medical devise every day. These are much cuter and look like they’d be the perfect size!
Kate says
So cute. I would love this to go out with my three little girls. It would be fabulous to not have to root through their stuff to find mine…and maybe then would actually be aable to answer my phone when it rings LOL.
Debbie says
Love it! I’ve been packing my purses lighter these days to take some of the pressure off my back and shoulders. This looks like the way to go!
Amy says
I just tried one of these on the other day at Hallmark. I love it! I would love to win, because I would use it for bike riding, walking and other times when I wear leggings/yoga pants and need a place to stash my phone and keys. We actually took a bike ride the other night and I had no where to put my phone, so I ended up holding it in my hand the entire time! That was annoying, a Bandi would have been great. ๐
Abra says
Looks very practical to me! I would definitely use it when I am out & about shopping, traveling or doing other things. Thanks for sharing.
Kimberley says
This would be perfect for trips to the grocery, taking walks with my son and going to places like the zoo or museum! I would love to have one of these!!!
Candace says
I would love it for everyday!
Kristina says
Sometimes a big purse is just not necessary. I just need a place for my keys, phone and cash without risking they will fall out of my pockets!
Jackie says
I think jut about everyone could use one. I like that it’s hands and arms free, yet functional and stying!!! ๐
NIcki says
I would love a bandi belt because I love to ride my bike, but don’t want to bring a backpack or purse for my essentials. I also like to go with my boys to the parks/playgrounds to run around and play and purses really get in the way. It would be perfect!! ๐
Suzanne says
This sure would make it easier to stay hands-free!
Mel says
What a great idea! I think it would be perfect for walking and hiking with the pup since I’m usually wearing pocket less gear for that. Or even just going to the gym. Like you, I am pregnant and I think the opportunities are endless.
Thank you for the chance to win!
carol spears says
This is a perfect thing for me for when I take walks in the park! Would LOVE to have one! (
Heather smith says
What am exciting giveaway! This looks like a great alternative to a purse. And definitely more stylish than a fanny pack!!!!
Kim says
This would be great for yard saling, rummage sales, any type of shopping as I can’t stand carrying a purse. Thanks!
Katy says
With two little ones, it’s not always easy to carry a purse, so this would be great!
Natalie smith says
Stay at home mom wearing yoga pants just like you!!
Ann says
What a fabulous makeover of the fanny pack! I love this! It’s sleeker and comes in fabulous prints. I would use this everyday because I find a purse to be so cumbersome. Love it!
Sheelagh Powell says
I would love one of these for two reasons:
1. I fly back to Ireland every 8-12 weeks to see my family and always hate the hassle with Ryanair about not having a handbag and a carry on case so this looks like the perfect solution.
2. I am a makeup artist and I sometimes ‘shoot’ on location so this would be perfect for me to carry a few essential bits of kit, phone, makeup brushes lip glosses etc.
Thanks ๐
Good luck everyone!
Rachel says
It would be great for taking walks with the children and when you don’t have pockets. Better than other places people keep their cell phones
Alice says
Neat! This would be perfect to wear throughout the day! When I think of something I need to do or remember I could get my mini notebook from my bandi belt and write it down! No more searching for a pen… or my mini notebook that I am always misplacing!
April Garff says
I never seem to have pockets when I need them…and when I do, I’m still losing my phone out my back pocket.
