Menu Plan Monday {11/07/2011}

Obviously, I can’t be sure… but I’m really, REALLY thinking {and hoping} that my baby is coming this week!

So I have another relatively simple weekly menu planned… with lots of quick meals that could be shoved in the freezer if necessary! However, since I have everything planned, that will be a good reason for the baby NOT to come… right??

Menu Plan Monday {11/07/11}


Monday — Chicken Pot Pie {made with leftover Sunday Dinner}

Tuesday — Baked Sandwiches

Wednesday — Omelets and toast

Thursday — Ham and Potato Soup {I’ll be making a double batch for the freezer}

Friday — leftovers or pasta w/ my favorite sauce

Saturday — leftover or taco salad

Sunday — grilled chicken, rice, and veggies


Zucchini Brownies

Ice cream

Any of the sweet snack options below


Granola Bars 

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Candy Corn/Peanut Mix — my favorite fall treat!

Peanut butter, Chocolate chip cookies

Chips and pretzels

Crackers and cheese

Popcorn & homemade caramel corn we got as a gift!

Organic Fruit Leather

Fresh and dried fruit

    I’m not sure about the menu plan Mondays — I didn’t get a great response and honesty, we tend to eat the same things over and over again 🙂 I’ll think about it though!
