This giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Wendy {wendypchef@…} — out of 86 entries {via blog comments and FB comments} she was chosen at random via the “And The Winner Is” WordPress Plugin. I will contact you shortly with the information I need to get you your candles!
I absolutely LOVE decorating with candles, and even though I’m not doing much decorating these days, I’m already getting excited for when all our home renovations are complete and I can get out my bins of candles and decorations once again. However, the one thing I don’t love about candles is the open flame. We’re definitely careful, but there’s always that possibility of something catching on fire, spilling wax, or forgetting to blow them out at night. I’ve heard horror stories — and I don’t ever want our beautiful farmhouse to be a casualty of a simple candle.
So when I was contacted by Enjoy Lighting and asked to try out their battery powered {and absolutely gorgeous} candles, I couldn’t wait!! These candles LOOK and FEEL exactly like real wax candles, and they come in a huge variety of sizes, colors, and scents. The only difference is that they are battery powered and don’t have a dangerous flame. Every candle has an on/off switch on the bottom as well as a timer option that will automatically shut off after 4, 6, or 8 hours — just in case you forget!
Oh, and guess what… one lucky Simple Organized Living reader is going to win a set of 3 gorgeous Enjoy Lighting flameless candles!
The giveaway includes:
- ONE 4″ toasted coconut pillar
- ONE 4″ mandarin spice pillar
- ONE 6″ mandarin spice pillar
And yes, they do smell as good as they sound!

I think my “favorite way” would best be described as… “just put them everywhere.” Seriously I have way too many candles in this 700 sq ft space!

Thanks so much for this great give-away! I love to decorate with candles but have a fear of the open flame too. I have cats … and although, they are not supposed to get up on the surfaces where I would set candles, you can never be sure what they will get-up-to or knock over when you are not in the room. I usually stick to only lighting the ones I set in my fireplace hearth or have in a tall, heavy glass. The battery powered candles would be great. I looked at them years ago but they didn’t look as real as these do… and they didn’t have an auto shut off. Thanks again for the chance to enter.

I used to have candles out, mainly my dining room table, but life with a 10 month old just doesn’t permit. These battery candles would be great!

I love candles at the dinner table. Makes it a romantic dinner setting, plus it calms down my 3 yr old.

I like to have one burning on the side hutch in the kitchen. It sets the atmosphere and helps me pretend my home is calm.

I have a couple of flameless candles already, but I bet these are even better. I have two on my mantle currently, on nice candle holders. I have them on a timer, so they are on for our evening time downstairs. It adds a nice warm feeling with no effort! Especially with kids, these are a great invention.

I love to place pillar candles in tall vases or hurricane lamps to use outdoors. Nothing like a warm summer night with candles glowing safely….

We use candles to decorate our home in Nicaragua and they are also very functional because the power goes out a lot. We usually buy candles when we’re in the U.S. and bring them back with us because they are less expensive in the states and we can also find better scents. I’d definitely like to try out the flame-less kind…it could save us some major suitcase space in the future!

I love using the flameless candles. I have heard too many sad stories of house fires starting because of a candle. I have various glass jars and and hanging wall sconces that I fill with pretty glass beads and set the candle inside.
I’ve never seen any that actually have a scent. How fun!

I like to put them on the table at dinner.
