It’s the middle of July which means my vegetable garden is finally starting to look good — it always seems to take too long!

My garden is very small this year but I’ve already picked herbs, rhubarb, beans, zucchini, summer squash…and the tomatoes starting.

I don’t know about you, but I never get tired of cooking with produce I picked earlier in the day — it’s amazing to eat food that’s only a few hours old.

However, this time of year I’m always searching for recipes to use up all my extra tomatoes.

I use Roma tomatoes to make salsa and spaghetti sauce and we eat the Cherry and Grape tomatoes whole or on salads.

I can whole tomatoes to use in soups, stews and casseroles…but I still need more recipes!

Do you have a favorite way to use up your extra tomatoes? I’d love to hear about it.

How can I sell my ghost peppers? They are technically food. So am I out for Craigslist? Any other place to sell them? Thank you so much. Tony
