Last year, I featured a REALLY cool product on my blog — the DUO Binder. It’s basically a 3-ring binder and an accordion folder all in one, and Dave and I both use them for a variety of things in our business and personal lives.

Dave uses his binders for his planner, school work, and coaching. I use my binders to store and organize all our important papers, keep track of our various manuals, and corral some of Nora’s craft supplies.

So I’m sure you can imagine how excited I was when I received a package on my doorstep earlier this fall with the brand new TRIO Binders inside.

These binders are basically just as amazing as the DUO Binders — but they have the added functionality of pop-out hanging tabs that allow you to hang the entire binder in any letter-size filling cabinet. This might sound like a small detail, but if you use your binder to organize any documents you access on a regular basis, keeping them readily available in a filing cabinet is just so handy.

And since tax season is right around the corner (and since these binders would make an awesome Christmas gift) I thought it might be the perfect timing for a little TRIO Binder giveaway!!

    Oh, that’s a brilliant idea! I’m getting all of my important papers in order – insurance information, veterinary records for my animals, medical paperwork, all the important things you need to keep. On the other hand, this would also make an amazing blog planner. Uh…I might need to buy a few of these…

    I could use many of these. For school I would use it for my plans, checklists, and pockets for papers to be graded. I could also use it for professional developments notes and handouts. I could also use it for my data binder for my student assessments that I keep.

    My biggest organizational hurdle are my papers. I run two small businesses at home, yet I have no “home office.” Piles of papers are taking over my home. Also, I have two children who bring lots of treasures home from school. I would love to have these binders to organize all of these things.

    The hubby and I currently have two small Rubbermaid containers with important documents (birth certificates, passports, etc), so I would use the trio binder to contain and safely store these things that are such a hassle to replace!
