I’m actually a big fan of aloe vera gel for my baby’s bottom when her rash is just starting to flare (it seems to keep it from getting worse better than diaper creams/ointments) or as a bad episode is winding down (seems to help it heal the last stubborn bits faster). Plus it’s just cooling and soothing to her.
