Today I’m sharing a few more of my favorite things — one of which I can NOT believe hasn’t made my list yet!

30 Don’ts When Visiting a New Mom
Closet Organization for When Your Weight is Changing
Over the past 3 years, my weight has gone up and down and then up and (part of the way) down with my 2 pregnancies. And although I resisted the urge to buy too many new items to accommodate my changing size, my closet still felt like it was bursting at the seams.
Thankfully, I have recently taken a few steps to control my closet clutter — even as my body size, shape, and weight continue to fluctuate.
Our New Double Stroller
Our brand new double stroller was delivered just over a month ago — yes, you read that right — BRAND NEW!
Aside from diapers, wipes, and other “perishable” items, I think this double stroller was the very first baby thing I’ve ever personally purchased brand new — and today, I’m sharing a bunch of reasons why we’re loving our new stroller!
Slow and Steady Wins the Race
A few weeks ago, I blogged about our super overwhelming yard project. After that post went live, several people commented that my “any progress is still progress” philosophy could actually be applied to almost anything in life. And I totally agree!
Do you have any overwhelming projects on your to-do list? If so, I hope this post will be the motivation you need to get started.
What We’ve Been Up To: House + Yard Projects 2014
Dave and I usually wait until school is over to start our house/yard projects for the year — but this year, even with a new baby, we were BOTH itching to get started.
Since it’s a long holiday weekend (and I have a feeling many of you are joining Dave and I in some sort of home or yard project) I figured it would be a good time to share an update on all our latest projects.

Our Portable Diaper-Changing Basket
For the most part, when it comes to changing diapers, Dave and I change them on the changing table in the nursery. I would say 98% of the diapers I’ve ever changed in our house have been on the changing table.
However, since we’ve been using the upstairs more, I created a portable diaper-changing basket that ‘lives’ upstairs. This simple 5-minute project has saved me countless trips up and down stairs these past few months!

A New Normal… how I changed my most productive time of day again!
Last May, I blogged about how I changed my most productive time of day to the evening hours — and that has been working REALLY well for me this past year.
Then Simon was born and I had to make more adjustments in my schedule in order to pack everything in. Today, I’m sharing how I’ve been tweaking and changing my schedule to accommodate both kiddos, my home, my business, and more!
5 Tips to ‘Do It Now’ When You’re Super Busy
Simon’s Baptism
Simon was baptized this past Sunday, Mother’s Day. It was a lovely day, the weather cooperated, Simon cooperated, and Nora did the best she could for being 2.
Today I’m sharing some of the pictures from Sunday, along with our yummy brunch menu and Simon’s baptism outfit — made from my wedding dress fabric!
So Simple Bacon-Wrapped Sausage Bites
This past weekend, we hosted a bunch for both our immediate families. We had lots of yummy brunch foods — but I think the favorite menu item was bacon-wrapped sausage bites.
Yes, that’s right… a recipe that combines two of my favorite breakfast meats into one bite-size morsel, coated with a delicious brown sugar glaze!
