Simon was baptized this past Sunday, Mother’s Day. It was a lovely day, the weather cooperated, Simon cooperated, and Nora did the best she could for being 2.

This past weekend, we hosted a bunch for both our immediate families. We had lots of yummy brunch foods — but I think the favorite menu item was bacon-wrapped sausage bites.
