Our brand new double stroller was delivered just over a month ago — yes, you read that right — BRAND NEW!
Aside from diapers, wipes, and other “perishable” items, I think this double stroller was the very first baby thing I’ve ever personally purchased brand new — and today, I’m sharing a bunch of reasons why we’re loving our new stroller!

Dave and I usually wait until school is over to start our house/yard projects for the year — but this year, even with a new baby, we were BOTH itching to get started.
Since it’s a long holiday weekend (and I have a feeling many of you are joining Dave and I in some sort of home or yard project) I figured it would be a good time to share an update on all our latest projects.
For the most part, when it comes to changing diapers, Dave and I change them on the changing table in the nursery. I would say 98% of the diapers I’ve ever changed in our house have been on the changing table.
However, since we’ve been using the upstairs more, I created a portable diaper-changing basket that ‘lives’ upstairs. This simple 5-minute project has saved me countless trips up and down stairs these past few months!
Last May, I blogged about how I changed my most productive time of day to the evening hours — and that has been working REALLY well for me this past year.
Then Simon was born and I had to make more adjustments in my schedule in order to pack everything in. Today, I’m sharing how I’ve been tweaking and changing my schedule to accommodate both kiddos, my home, my business, and more!
Simon was baptized this past Sunday, Mother’s Day. It was a lovely day, the weather cooperated, Simon cooperated, and Nora did the best she could for being 2.
